Location is the best for this price. Quite friendly travellers and the stuff. They have a coffee and snack machine which is really comfy to use if you have any anything and came late to the city.
Usually this low-cost hostels are busy with people who moved to this country to work and they live there

Clean area, and polite staff
I don't like the room because no privacy. Boys and girls in one room

The staff. They gave us a wake up call, provided us with a goodie bag of food as we were leaving before breakfast and called us a taxi. Great service

Location is nice, many stores nearby. Has big kitchen and tools to cook.
Probably the worst place I have ever stayed in. When we arrived receptionist was creepy and he gave us bedsheets which were so dirty and smelly. The pillows and blankets in the room are 100 years old and so stinky. Room was not clean(had someone’s hair at the floor) and also at night we detected enormous croak head on the floor(window was closed ofc). These stuff is just nothing while I will tell you about circus happening at night. On second night of our staying there was extremely loud beeping of fire alarm. It was impossible to sleep. It was continuing 2 hours. Me and 2 guests went down to tell about problem. Receptionist lady gave 0 f@ck about it and ignored us all the time. She said “i am bot calling manager now, he is sleeping”. Bruh, we also want to sleep. Especially annoying part was that this night wifi was also not working so we couldn’t contact anyone. So receptionist lady was another level of rudeness and no caring at all so I am extremely unpleasant with it. I have never seen such level of unprofessionalism. Not recommending this olace at all. Thank you!

The place was clean. The location was convenient - only about 5 minutes on foot to the old town, with free street parking close by. The room was okay for a short stay and the staff was nice.
It was a little cold inside and the bathroom had no ventilation, which caused high humidity.

Location and facility are great. Kitchen is well equipped and bed is comfortable. Great value.
No idea why there are always some different males who are obviously not staying in my room open the door every now and then. Just so suspicious.

It was a comfortable stay for any budget traveller. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating: for instance, we had to change our travel dates and the reception was more than happy to facilitate changing the dates of our stay in the hostel. The location was also good, as it was a short walk away from both the train station and the Old Town.
The facilities look quite dated and the cleaning of the toilets and showers could be improved. Also, I found the rooms to be quite stuffy which was not very pleasant for someone with seasonal allergies.

Nice staff. Big room. You don't have to go far to smoke because the room has a shared balcony. There are a small kitchen and some equipment in the room to cook or just to heat the water for tea/coffee. They allowed us to check in early as soon as the room was ready.
I did not like that we had to get the linen and towels from the reception during the check-in and bring them back during the check-out. In addition, The linen and towels were a bit old.

Only the place
Everything. The lady on the reception desk did not speak nor Lithuanian, nor English. The room were very dirty, it smelled like the cheapest second hand store. The shower and toilet did not work properly.

Great location and cheap price for solo traveling. Convinient to reach the city's flagship locations:
- old city
- railway station
- airport
The conditions like in a cheap hostel, and also it was cold at night... But the price and cool location make up for it

The only thing I liked was fast wifi. Location is convenient because it is walking distance to main bus station, train station and old town. BUT, trains tracks are next to the hotel and it gets noisy when trains go by.
Cleanliness or lack of it. The room smelled, it was not cleaned at all after the last guest and it had a nasty organic smell. Dirty and rusty shower and vanity, mold around both. I kept finding large ants in the kitchenette around the sink. Bed sheets were washed but with stains on them. As a guest you have to put the sheets on the bed and take them off and bring to laundry when you check out. The whole place just did not feel safe or sanitary. Not to mention how overpriced it was - 108 euros for 3 nights with fees and taxes for 1 person in a private room with a shower. I stayed in 2 and 3 star hotels in the Baltics for that price. And there is a huge reason the exterior of this place is never photographed, please see photos I posted. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything from rooms next door, even when they plug the phone charger into the wall!!!

Uncleanlines, lack of heating facilities considering that the hotel ws cold

For the price, this stay was a great bargain. Since I am not yet ready to dive in to the hostel experience of a shared room, I opted for a private twin room with a shared bathroom for 26 euros. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had upgraded me to a private twin room with a private bathroom at no additional charge upon check-in. They take cash which is also a bonus in my book.
The room itself was about as clean as I would expect at this level of hospitalling in this region - just a few minour things like holes and old stains on some of the linen. That might put some very neat freaks off, though, so be warned. The mattress itself was otherwise adequate - not luxurious, but not better-off-sleeping-on-the-floor quality.
Bathroom was clean though unusually cold compared to the rest of the room, so just leave the door open and let it warm up with the heater in the main room. The room came with its own kitchenette, but I did not make use of the appliances (water heater, microwave, and fridge) while there so that I cannot say anything about how well they work. It was anyways also largely clean except for some water stains on the drinking glasses provided.
One of the big drawbacks to the experience is that it is situated right next to the train tracks, so that if you do mind a noise and you don't have earplugs on hand, you likely won't get a very restful night. I fortunately travel with ear plugs, though, so that didn't bother me. And on the plus side, the bus station and train station are only a couple blocks away, so the location is good for getting where you need to easily. Overall, I would stay here again if I am on a budget.
There were some minour cleanliness issues with the kitchenette and bed linen, such as stains on the drinking glasses and holes and old stains on the sheets. The noise in this location might be an issue without ear plugs, due to being right by the train tracks. In my particular room, there is also a mechanical clock on the wall that made a bit of an annoying ticking sound and was not set on the right time while about it. Come on, guys - the only reason to have a noisy clock on the wall is for it to at least do its job and show the time, not as decoration. Take that down.

towels didn’t seem clean. It had shared shower and door locker didn’t seem to work well, also they didn’t gave us slippers so I couldn’t take a shower. Bedsheets were worn out. The room had a strange smell.

The location is good, close to the main station and the bus station and the hostel is quite cheap.
But it is definitely not a nice place for a woman. I didn’t feel comfortable and save there.
