Staff works extremely responsive online in advance answering questions and making accommodations such as loaning me a scale.
Facilities were extremely clean and just as described.
If you end up in the top floor, male room, ask for the bed by the window, as air otherwise does nit circulate well elsewhere.
When I arrived late, some other guest had squatted on the bed reserved for me by the window, and we had to navigate that, which we did successfully, without staff invo involvement.

A 15 min walk from the train/bus station, great location in the old town, clean hostel, good water pressure with hot water. I liked the shoes off policy, a cool cafe underneath the hostel, good security, and helpful staff. Good value.
Squeaky beds and uncomfortable mattresses, needs to be updated. The hostel itself is a bit dated, but charming.

The staff was really nice, and we liked the kitchen with all of the necessities. The beds were okay and the room was big.
We didn't like the bathrooms which were really tiny. It was also a bit cold in the bathrooms.
