A perfect starting place to discover all Vilnius can offer!

The location of this place is exceptional for those who plan to go out of the center and use public transport throughout the city, as I did, I would even say it's the most accessible hostel one can book in the old town. Also, I was alone in my 6-bed dorm; I was probably the only female guest during my stay, so this made me feel exceptionally safe!

I only saw someone in the reception only once throughout my 8-night stay so I struggled initially and I'd even struggle more if this was my first time in Vilnius (it was my Erasmus city so I know around, thankfully).

Abysmal, horrific, never again.

it was okay, bit old fashioned.

No one to check you in - they claim to be a “self service hostel” but during my two days I didn’t see the receptionist or any other member of staff so have no idea if my city tax was paid correctly as it was just left in the box even as I checked out. Also had an issue of my items being locked into a dorm due to the door knobs being “loose” or “stiffen” - but instead of coming along to sort it out after being contacted via WhatsApp the company sent someone who apparently lives there and when they couldn’t get in. Instead of trying to find a way in, they decided to give a new key to another room with no access to your own belongings and when asked when I’ll be able to retrieve my stuff I was met with the reply with “I don’t know. You might have to wait a few days or even overnight.” Another issue was the “soundproof” of the accommodation - could easily hear people next door or upstairs in all hours even with the door shut. It was very creaky floorboards all around the hostel even going to the toilet. Will never stay here again.

The hostel gives you free coffee! The windowsill by the entrance is kinda cutesy too.

IT'S VERY UNSAFE. So many people know the passcode to the hostel, so there are literally random people showing up and sleeping wherever they find a bed. The hostel staff aren't present most of the time to watch who's coming and going. Also, there are only 3 toilets and (I think) 4 showers for the whole hostel, which is so inconvenient! The floors are always left wet by other people, and it's absolutely disgusting. The beds weren't comfy, and the heaters took too long to warm the room up. The floors creek and the door knobs are loose. I usually never rate hostels so low, but this one was very disappointing.

The location was perfect

We came late evening and there was no envelope left for us with room key and instructions. The owner didn’t answer telephone. We were stressed but finally found the key in the check out box. The answer from the owner we got only next day and no excuse me at all…

It wasn’t clean, when I checked in there was no room assigned, door code wasn’t working and I had to ask for help from the inside as I waved from the outside of the entrance. Bathroom was filthy very unsanitary. Hostels should be cleaned everyday

Overall decent

Easy to find and good location, the hostel has a welcoming atmosphere.

Very small shower space and generally not sound proof. During the night everyone is supposed to be quiet, but when new guests arrive at 2 am unfamiliar with the rules they will walk up the stairs, chat loudly and you will very likely wake up.

Comfy room. Staff were accommodating. Great location. Right by the castle and the three crosses monument. And only a 5/10 minute walk into Old town

Guest? What guest? Who cares?

The location was good. Close to a lot of attractions.

Another unmanned hostel. I requested a bottom bed because of problems climbing steps and my knees. We'll, the put me on the penthouse. 3rd floor not lift and guess which bed? The top one. I could see instantly that they do no care about their guess one bit. It was a sheet of paper with instructions and a phone number in case there is a problem, we'll after 20 calls and no one answered I just took another bed. The bathroom were divided by the best architect rum could buy. If you are going to pee standing the door can't be close, if you are doing number 2, you need to back up to the toilet and then close the door that will be hitting your knees. Most electric outlets in the room didn't work and the cherry on top was that the room they assigned to me had the water heater inside which make a noise like someone is revving the engine on a diesel truck. But who cares about the guest well sleep or comfort when you already got your money and no one can't find you to complain. My advice, go somewhere else.

The location is beautiful. You can reach old town in 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by walk. This is ideal location for anyone

Well located and passable for a night or two.

Centrallly located, a couple of minutes from Cathedral Square.

The room was rather cramped - hard to avoid the sense that it was a two-person space that now caters for five. The kitchen is ridiculously small and poorly equipped, which would be a huge problem if more people wanted to cook for themselves.

Poor organisation of the room

The location

The room was booked for 6 people, but there were 7 of us accommodated, which was already uncomfortable. On my first night, I was placed in a bed in the middle of the room without bedsheets or a pillow, and it was not a real bed, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the sanitary rooms were in a very dirty condition. On the second day, my bed was taken by someone else, leaving me without the space I had paid for

Worst hostel in terms of sleep disruption

The lady who checked us in at the front desk was absolutely lovely friendly and welcoming. Great location.

This was the worst hostel I've stayed at in terms of sleep disruption I was woken up multiple times every night. We stayed for three nights and were disturbed at least three times each night, mostly due to how easily sound travels throughout the building and the behavior of other guests. The floors and stairs creak loudly, and noise from conversations or movement carries easily between rooms and even across floors. To make matters worse, a group staying on the top floor was consistently loud returning late from nights out and shouting, chanting, and singing between 1am and 4am. politely asked them to quiet down at 2:30am on our first night, which helped briefly, but the issue returned the following nights. I reported the group to the hostel, and while staff did reach out to them, the only further action taken was to report the guests to Booking.com. It felt like the hostel had little authority or ability to enforce a quiet environment. Unless you're a deep sleeper or come fully equipped with earplugs and patience, I would recommend staying elsewhere. The lack of soundproofing and inconsiderate guests made it extremely difficult to rest. The bathroom and toilet situations were very unconventional e.g. concrete support used for temporary fencing as a step into the shower. They did not feel clean at all. In addition all the cutlery and plates in the kitchen needed to be rewashed before use.

Great location, set your expectations to 'acceptable' in terms of the facilities.

Amazing location near the main walking street and parks. Easy self check-in. Good communication through Booking. I stayed 1 night in a dorm with great light and space. Do bring earplugs in case your window faces the street.

Pogo could certainly use a few repairs. There is poor ventilation in the bathrooms, and I'm sure the occasional disrespectful guest has left the ones on the 2nd floor needing an update. The shower on the top floor is in great shape so I simply went upstairs.

Not the best facilities but can’t beat location

We had a room with an amazing view of Gedimina’s castle! Cannot complain about that view! Did not see a worker the 3 days we were there until it was time to check out and they want the city tax in cash. Seems to have quite a bit of noise even though almost nobody was there. I would stay here again due to the proximity and the price but the cleanliness and noise left a bit to be desired. Thanks Pogo!

Хорошее расположение. Новое постельное белье, очень чисто, уборщица действительно все тщательно моет. Очень тепло.

Здание старое, полы скрипят и очень слышно как соседей которые пошли в туалет или просто ходят с утра, так и постояльцев которые громко разговаривают. Если оставаться на несколько дней то кухня тоже маловата для нескольких человек.
