Never again

It was close to the station

It was very dirty, the bed and the cushions were uncomfortable, the water in the shower wouldn’t go down

Perfectly fine for one night or two. Good location but lacking in a “ extra” factor and some amenities advertised

Very close to the train station and quieter area at night. Also feels very secure. Kitchen and Bathroom are nice and modern.

Very basic. No extra linen for pillows, and the spare pillows were dirty, so didn’t want to use them. We couldn’t access the iron as it was left very high up on a shelf (out of reach) with no chair or ladder to reach it. And also realised there was no ironing board or suitable surface to iron on anyway. The surfaces were a little dusty, as if it had been a little while since it was cleaned before we got there (e.g. dusty sides and debris on floors). And the bathroom is very slippy, with only one small bathmat provided. When I raised this, I was asked to just use a towel.. but again not many towels provided to begin with. The TV also didn’t work - the screen sharing or changing channels- because only one remote had batteries!

Bad except location

Location. Close to old town, restaurants, coffee shop and rail station. Be aware of noose trafic as close to public transport

Bad service, no human contact, no explanation inside the flat: TV not working, lights not working, boiling hot floor heating in bathroom. Asking per email answer was it all works fine by previous guest! Kitchen was not clean, grease above the stove, one pan looking so dirty you do not want to cook

When we arrived there was only cold water in the shower and the host just ignored communication. Be aware that you might have to get a shower elsewere if you want warm water.

the place is in a great location, brand new. Comfortable bed, for proper rest, pretty well equipped.

the drainage in the bathroom (shower and sink) was blocked. Communication was bad. there was an iron, but no ironing board. The apartment felt very small. My partner couldn’t travel, so for one person it was fine, but for two-too small, especially, when the bed is opened.

3 nights stay in Vilnius

Location is really good. Close to train/bus station, Halle Market, Old Town. We had everythig what we needed, altough a corkscrew and a sharp knife would be appreciated.

BED BUGS

THERE WERE BED BUGS IN THE ROOM! At first we noticed that the room was not thoroughly cleaned - there were dirty stains on the wall, something that looked like shoe marks next to the bed and the bed cover was dirty from something that looked like blood. We were also very surprised by the wet towels in the bathroom. Additionally it turned out that the drains in the washbasin and shower were clogged. After just half an hour spent in bed we were badly bitten by plenty of bed bugs. Around midnight we called the host asking for other room but they said that they couldn't help us and we need to look for other stay by ourselves. We left the room in the middle of the night at the day of our arrival. Next days we were contacting the host, they promised to return the money but afterwards they started to ignore us and the refund was still not received. Eventually we raised the issue to Booking administration and only then the problem was solved. WE TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Cosy stay in Vilnius (5 min walk to old town)

Very lovely apartment near Ausros gate. 5min walk to old town of Vilnius.easy communication with the owner. We had everything what we needed.very cosy little apartment near train/bus station,near airport. 6 euros in the evening by Bolt tax.

Cozy apartment and great facilities

Apartment is located 3min walk away from bus station, which is a big plus if travelling by bus. Check-in and getting into the apartment was very easy, the info was sent right after booking and more details 3 days before arrival. Very welcoming and cooperative host, this made the stay pleasant. The kitchen space and the bathroom were very nice and modern, the bedroom very and cozy.

There was no hair dryer at first, but the host was cooperative and provided it during my stay. The street where apartment is located is quite noisy, but when windows are closed it blocks the sound. Some spaces on the floor were not thoroughly cleaned.

Good room and location, but requires extra cost

Great location, easy access, close to Train/Bus station. clean and comfortable room. Good sound proofing as it is close to the street.

No shower gel or shampoo, no detergent, even though there was a washing machine, so if you are staying even for a night or two, you have to look for a shop to buy all those things. only main kitchen utensils (forks knives), you have to bring/buy everything from scratch. Self check-in details were sent to us 3 hours past the checking time. Replies to messages only 12 hours later.

Pleasant

We were in this apartment in June (2 adults and 1 kid) , location is perfect, close to the old town and there are few good cafes with nice coffee and food. All complex is modern with cozy inner close yard with playground. Despite the fact that our windows looked on busy street, it was not noisy , windows with good soundproofing. But apartment very small and stuffy so you have to open windows anyway especially in Summer. Easy and understandable instructions for checkin .

There is something that needs to be improved, it was quite dirty in the room, we were very surprised about this, was dusty and all the dishes were extremely dirty. it spoiled in general impression and mood.

I put a provisionally high score but as the Appartment is new, I thinks couple things are needed. first of all an office or dinning table. Even a small one. as if you stay longer there is a chance you need to do something on a laptop. or just have a dinner not on the couch.

Вообщем жилье хорошее, но хотелось бы, чтобы оперативнее решались проблемы по жилью.

Все было аккуратно, чисто. Жилье небольшое, нам нужно было переночевать, поэтому оно очень подходит. Очень красивый дворик, есть детская площадка.

Было сломано окно, в связи с этим было шумно и холодно ночью. Хорошо, что было лето, днем это никак не повлияло, но ночью было было прохладно. Мы закрыли подушками дырку, и сильно не дуло. Когда я написал, что у нас сломано окно, к нам пришли только через день, когда нам нужно было выезжать уже, еще и в 9:00 утра. Было совсем неприятно, что хотели сделать окно в то время, когда нам нужно было собираться выезжать. Выезд до 11:00.

Peor que mis expectativas

La ubicación, lo moderno y limpio que está.

La comunicación con el dueño fue nula, le escribimos 24h antes para saber si podíamos realizar el check-in un poco antes y jamás obtuvimos respuesta. Las instrucciones del "check-in" poco claras. La cama es plegable y con ella abierta el espacio para moverse es reducido. La cama no estaba hecha, y tuvimos que organizarla nosotros, sin tener claro los edredones y sábanas que usar. Se nota que nadie revisa el apartamento con cuidado, faltan algunos mínimos: jabón de manos, alguna pastilla de la lavadora, algunos básicos de la cocina.
