Nice and comfortable apartment in a good location

Great location, nice and spacious room, comfortable bed, heated floor.. very comfortable apartment. The surroundings also offer good options for breakfast and lunch/dinner and the old town is 10min away which is great.

Finding the property was a bit tricky as the name on Google takes you to a different one, so you need to use the address found in B.com to actually find it and on top of that, the property is not visible or advertised on Google as it’s a different name, so it’s very confusing and we didn’t really know if we were at the right place, even after having left our luggage. The communication could have been better and informed us about this in advance as we were sending messages through B.com.

Good location close to the center, bus stop to airport, railway and bus stations. Nice modern clean spacious rooms with kettle, microwave and mini fridge

Bear in mind that it is high 2nd floor without elevator. I would not call it apartment, it is rather a room with some kitchen equipment

Cozy place for short stay.

Authentic place in the city center. Very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and bright. Great place for a short stay.

Because of season change there were a bit cold in the room. It could be more cozy to have extra blanket to wrap yourself in at night or a rug on the floor.

Will definitely stay there again

I liked everything about Vilnius Apartments. My small flat had all I needed - even a washing machine, and it was facing a courtyard, so no traffic noise. Walking distance from the train station and all the big sights of Vilnius.

Quiet, Relaxing Stay close to Old Town

Great location; under 1km from the railway station, and even less to the Old Town. Large room under the eaves, which could be an issue for tall people. Huge bathroom, although no towel rail, only hooks. Shower door upper hinge was loose and needed care opening. Comfy chairs and small fridge. Free coffee machine one floor down (although it did run out of beans our last morning.) Movement-sensitive lighting in all corridors. Great restaurants and Lucille Blues Bar just steps away.

Our room was up 2 staircases; the first old, narrow and wooden, the second brand new granite. Other than that, having to leave!

Convenient location, large space, good facilities.

Location was perfect for us - midway between train station and old town. Communication from hosts was excellent and very timely. Apartment was nicely situated in a quiet courtyard minutes from a couple of good breakfast places and easy to get to old town. A great period property with a feel of real life, not just another modernised place with no link to reality. The washing machine was a bonus, as was the balcony.

Maybe a couple of starter pods for the Nespresso machine?

Almost perfect, BUT!

The hotel part of the building inside is very nice, renovated and clean. The room is nice and functional. The location is excellent very close to bus station, old city, and with many options of bars and restaurants around.

Unfortunately, there was a bad smell that is coming either from the mattress, the mat or both, it felt like something old and worn, it was strong and hard to miss, which was really a pity as everything else was near perfect!

The room was cozy and clean. The location was perfect — within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. The host was very friendly. Overall, a great stay!

Nice place, clean and well-kept. However, unprofessional and intimidating staff.

The room is close to the centre and clean and nicely decorated. It also has a fridge.

Unfortunately, the staff were very unpleasant. On arrival, they told me that I had been flagged by booking.com as a difficult guest as I had once given a bad review for a very bad hotel in the uk. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to check the room on the spot and tell them whether I would leave a bad review or not. If I didn't do this and tell them whether it was nice, I could leave and go somewhere else. This was all done in a threatening tone and was very frightening and upsetting. Especially as it was late in the day and I was travelling with a child.

Quiet, clean and cozy place for a week

The room and hall were beautiful. The room had AC that I used a few times. The room was very clean. The location is good, you can walk many places and bus and taxi connections are easy to find.

Entrance was not renovated and you had to carefully climb up steep old stairs to get in. Also the gate was a bit tricky to open and had some sharp pointy bits that I cut my fingern on. The wifi didnt work for me, but I didn’t need it anyway. The soap in the shower was of the cheapest variety I have ever used. The TV had only Ukranian channels.

A great stay

The room was beautiful, spacious, modern and cosy. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. So it was convenient to reach all the sightseeing attractions on foot. Staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

There could have been more tea options provided. The entrance gate was not easy to open.

Nice, clean apartment in Old Town

Very nice, comfortable flat about 20 minutes walk from Cathedral Square, and 10 from the Town Hall Square. There are plenty of really nice cafés and restaurants along the way. It was very convenient having washing machine and rack to dry clothing. The owner was very accommodating and allowed me to keep my luggage at the property because I had a late afternoon flight.

I used a lot of my cellular data because it was difficult to get online in my room. A couple of days later the owner told me I could try logging onto one of the other accounts and that worked fine for the rest of my stay.

Good value, comfortable apartment.

The apartment was large enough for two people. It was quiet and secluded. The heated bathroom floor and washing machine were appreciated. It was a 10 minutes stroll to reach the town hall square and nearest supermarket (Rimi).

There were only two knives, two forks, two bowls, two wine glasses etc. Providing 4 or 6 of each item would have saved washing up. There was a lack of power outlets. The one by the bed was broken and the two in the lounge area were rather difficult to reach. Access to the apartment was not great mainly because the (shared) driveway was very uneven.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay

Many stairs, getting in is a bit complicated. Also, we struggled with a TV.. followed all the detailed intricate instructions but it didn’t work. Messaged the hosts, but they weren’t very helpful. So had no TV. Apart from that all was good

Easy to hear the neighbors shouting. Water drains too slowly in the shower. Non existant or not working ventilation in the bathroom, keeps condensation and humidity.

An excellent stay in the heart of Vilnius

I really liked the location, as it was in the old town. Having an option to park my car at the inner yard rather than on the street was a bonus, at €3 per night it's a steal. The room was well decorated and clean. The access system worked perfectly and I felt very safe in the property. Instructions given were clear and everything worked as expected. I would recommend it to others and would stay there again.

A mini fridge would have been useful addition, but not a necessity - there are many places to eat within five minute walk radius. TV (if you choose to watch it) has only a limited selection of news channels. I would expect a more modern option.

Quite good value for money.

Nice little clean apartment. Friendly staff, speak English. Parking available in the inner yard. Great location with a bakery, restaurant, and market just around the corner.

The sound isolation is non-existent. I could hear every single word from the TV my neighbors were watching after midnight. Not sure if I’d ever stay here again because of this.

There should have been self check in. But the code that was sent was wrong. Thanks to the staff who welcomed me. The room was smaller than indicated when ordering. But it's not the first time I've come across the fact that you get a worse stay when you buy through booking.com. The staff was not very friendly and stressful :(. By the way, there are no standard windows in the room. there is only a window very high and you can't see anything. Therefore, you get the feeling that you are in the basement :(.So if you don't like it, you have to book a different room with them. The place itself is really neat, cozy, modern, quiet.
