I was a bit confused. The name is Gabi B&B, and you have to order breakfast separately..

Location was very convenient

My room was very small, so I had to go to the hall outside to make a cup of tea.

Lovely stay

Very elaborate room decor and quaint for the city. Easily accessible to the tourist spots. Morning breakfast was provided.

There was a dog barking whenever you enter. Had to climb some stairs to reach the room.

Just renovated... and it shows!

The place is breathtaking. They were just finishing the renovation of the wing where I was staying, and the whole place is now decorated in lavish, 19th century style. Every room is a piece of art!

The staff doesn't speak much English. Be prepared to say everything twice and slowly.

I would definitely recommend

I had a great pleasure staying at their boutique hotel for 3 nights with breakfast included. Beautiful, cosy room. Breakfast was delicious, also I had main course with pudding couple of times. I definitely recommend Zeppelins and Gabi dessert for pudding. The restaurant itself is a unique place, (it has the status of the museum) with a lot of history and antiques in every corner. It's place like no other.

Nice room, great location but *awful* breakfast. Think of it as Bed minus Breakfast.

The location is superb, a few steps away from the main tourist sites. The room is very traditional but appointed to high standard if you like ornate stuff - curly brass fittings etc. It's spotless, access is easy, the staff are efficient, etc. It has many things going for it.

The breakfast is an absolute joke! They leave sandwiches in the lobby outside your room the night before, not even in a fridge! Super-soggy next day sandwich for breakfast - meh. One day they gave us salad. A bit odd for breakfast, but perhaps that's a local thing. However we weren't keen to eat a salad that's been sitting out all night, so we didn't touch it. Also they leave ground (not instant) coffee and a kettle in the lobby, but no cafetiere or other device for straining out the coffee grounds. I don't mind - I like Greek/Turkish coffee and can chew the grounds. But not many people are going to like this. So - worst breakfast we've ever had anywhere in the world in a place that claims to "include breakfast". It's crazy - an otherwise good placed with a quality restaurant downstairs but they do this "breakfast" - why? Is this some ploy to navigate regulations, so they can call themselves "B&B" or something?

Great location, almost good.

The location is great, and actually silent for the part of the city. Really good. The room is beautiful and spacious, the shower is powerful and stable and the WiFi works well. The restaurant downstairs is lovely too.

The facilities of the room are unfortunately not great. - They say that you get continental breakfast, but that's not what continental breakfast looks like. You get an apple and a sandwich made by them the day before with whatever bread the had left and some filling. No juice, no yogurt, no options to choose... Nothing. And the coffee they offer is ground coffee, but all you get is a kettle, so tea or water from the bathroom tap. - Bed too soft and pillow too thin - Toilet seat is far to high - The bathroom doesn't offer ANY privacy, with a door beautifully decorated but lots of open gaps....

Perfect location for exploring the old town

Attractive, characterful, small hotel in heart of the old town. Very quiet unbeatable location although builders next door were a bit noisy when we stayed.

As other reviewers have said the breakfast in a bag is very poor for a hotel that is otherwise really lovely. However we knew that when we booked so enjoyed our stay anyway and there are lots of nice places to eat locally.

Lovely accommodation in the heart of Vilnius

The team here were very accommodating when I missed my connection and arrived in the early hours. The gentleman I spoke to guided me through how to access the property and they had even left my breakfast box for me. This accommodation is soooo centrally located so it was perfect and ideal for all the trips and tours that took. No complaints. Also the restaurant staff are really nice

If you like historic buildings and rooms then it is your place. The rooms are very nice and elegant. Very central located. Quiet.

Very good

Location was excellent, and the stay felt very secure thanks to multiple safety measures, doors and locks. A nice touch were a pair of slippers in the room and the exceptional variations of Teas offered in the hall for guests. The host seemed to be doing his best, despite not knowing English very well. The decor was a bit ostentatious for my tastes, but the room was clean and tidy. Shower was small but lovely, and Hot water was plentiful.

1. The room was a bit stuffy, perhaps because it was off season, and it hasn't been aired out properly. 2. Though the price was for B&B, and the host said I will be offered a continental breakfast... What was actually served was a sandwich each morning and a fruit. Sandwiches were good and tasty, but underwhelming as a breakfast experience and not very filling. 3. The towels smelled old and overused, perhaps a bit dusty... I asked for new ones but those had that similar smell to them, so I ended up using my own. 4. There was no air-conditioning or visible way to control heating. The room wasn't cold per-se, but the mornings would have been nicer with some extra warmth.

Fantastic.

Absolutely everything. Location, cleanliness, atmosphere. Bed was comfortable, shower is brilliant. Little tasty breakfast early in the morning. Nice coffee in the room. A lot of bars and restaurants around. Easy to get to all touristic places. Not far from Railway station. Definitely will stay again. Highly recommend to everyone.

The room was delightful and could only be improved if a little sitting area could be arranged in the room. The bathroom was nice and clean and the shower was really nice.

The breakfast. It's a shame that the breakfast part of B&B can't be hosted in the wonderful hotel downstairs. Anyway, the breakfasts delivered were more of a lunch. Unappealing way to start the day.

Charismatic, sophisticated, super value central city stay!

Lovely property - amazing decor - so many nice and thoughtful touches. Great location, amazing value. The restaurant was also excellent.

We had the room with the sofa bed which was comfortable but not the most comfortable bed in the universe! Breakfast was a filled croissant and granola left at the room. BUT for the money you cannot complain - excellent value all round!
