Great Location and amazing staff

Beautiful decorations & very helpful staff. I had an early flight so really appreciated packed breakfast and coffee, nice touch! Location is perfect for walking about and getting to airport by taxi too.

I feel like although hotel Is ranked 5* it is misleading, based on the state of the room which was alright but not excellent, I would say 4* tops. I was also quite disappointed with lack of safety measures at the spa. There was no supervision, kids were jumping into the pool whilst climbing onto fixtures and floor was extremely slippery using the footwear provided I nearly fell numerous times so I am sure it is accident waiting to happen. Must inform people to ensure to wear grippy footwear. There are also no signs in the pool/ sauna area so a bit of a guessing game whether there is sauna or toilet behind the doors. The toilet door is see through in the spa area, so we avoided using the facility after observing fellow hotel guest use it. At the time of our visit the jacuzzi didn’t work and sauna was lukewarm warm (50 degrees), which I asked staff to look at and it did go up eventually.

Super location, nice traditional vibes but clearly some more attention to details is needed to match luxury title.

Locatio and solid decor trough the hotel. Christmas decoration was beautiful. Room cleaning and overall cleaniness of the room and free water was added even during our spa visit. Solid breakfast in interesting cellar setting.

Clock attached to the room TV had bright blue light which bothered at night. Outdated TV. Sound insulation to the corridor was poor. Water faucets difficult to use and hot water took sometimes 5-10minutes to appear. Spa could have been cleaner, missing bathrobe and towel hooks, malfunctioning sauna door, male and female changing rooms poorly indicated which led to male customer using female changing room.

Traditional old hotel with good location let down by its staff.

Location

The staff - in particular in the restaurant and breakfast area - were very unfriendly and not at all welcoming. Also, we looked over the main promenade and because the windows are not well insulated I get pretty loud in the evenings.

charming and elegant hotel in the heart of Vilnius, offering comfort, great service, and a memorable stay

The décor of the hotel was beautiful, and it felt especially magical as it was decorated for Christmas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and truly went above and beyond — they even helped us out with a charger we had forgotten, which we really appreciated. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and they had left a treat in our room to celebrate my birthday which was much appreciated. The room was gorgeous, the underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely after a warm bath. We loved the Spa area and were lucky that each time we went, we were the only people in there so it felt like a private Spa. I felt the location was excellent as everything was walkable. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and drink, it was fresh and we didn’t mind having the same for 3 days.

There were some concerns around hygiene at the breakfast buffet. While I understand it isn’t the staff’s responsibility to supervise children, we did observe repeated instances of children touching and handling food in an unhygienic way, including sneezing over items, touching multiple foods with their hands and spitting out food onto the floor. Unfortunately, this made us uncomfortable and meant we weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast as much as we otherwise would have. The breakfast area isn’t very large, and at some times it was very overcrowded and loud which wasn’t especially enjoyable.

The hotel is unique in the very best way.

The interior takes you back in time, not compromising the expectations of a modern traveler. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Wide variety of high quality, very tasty foods for the breakfast. You can’t find any better location in Vilnius.

Good value for money, but with some flaws

Good value for money, the staff was very friendly, great location and beautiful common areas. The room was clean, good size, nice view and very comfortable bed.

The breakfast was a bit bland. Not the best coffee and juices and the bread was dry. When we ordered breakfast to the room it was forgotten and they didn’t pick up the tray afterwards. The spa could use a deep clean. The information about room service was incorrect. It said room service was available 24/7 and restaurant open untill 11 PM, but in reality nothing was available after 22 PM.

Luxurious stav in the heart of the old town

Lovated perfectly in the heart of the old town this hotel is simply excellent. The staff were professional and kind, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, the room itself was spacious and comfortable. For us it was important to have a parking space - that as well was excellent, huge yard with enough space to maneuver.

Dont look at the other 5 Star Hotels, just pick this one.. the charm is unmatched and its literally in the center. Feels like one of the nice boutique hotels in Paris.

Cozy as the Old Town itself

I stayed in the hotel to mark my composition’s premiere at the Town Hall, and was delighted with this hotel. Cute room interior, everything very cozy, in a way reflecting the Old Town itself. Loved the staircase as well as the glass elevator. Ingot the room with a rooftop window to Vilnius university and St. Johns’ Church – it was splendid. Breakfast is ordinary but good, although Nutella with caramel crunches was an unexpected positive discovery.

The hotel is very tidy, but you can see it’s not freshly renovated. Spa center was a bit of disappointed: jacuzzi was working weakly; the big pool receives water from jacuzzi (there is hot as jacuzzi; the water massage is weak; steam room, unexpectedly, bright as a day.

A charming, elegant boutique hotel in a perfect location

It was a very lovely hotel, old-world charm in a great location, very close to all the places of interest. The room was spacious, nicely appointed with a fairly large bathroom. The towels were a good quality and I especially liked that washcloths were provided, which is not that common in European hotels. Also complimentary bottled water was provided every day as well as turndown service with tasty chocolates. There was an electric kettle in the room so you could make tea or coffee. The reception staff was very courteous and checking-in and checking-out went very smoothly. Overall the staff was very friendly and very helpful especially Jurijas, who helped us with parking, our luggage and the use of a safe and also Svetlana in housekeeping. The staff promptly responded to any request. The breakfast area had a delightful, cozy ambience and the breakfast buffet was very nicely displayed. There were plenty of options of hot and cold items, variety of breads, vegetables, fruits and sweet treats. The staff was also prompt and attentive. The spa area was also nicely designed with the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room and the water in the pool was divine. It was great to take advantage of this facility after a long day of sightseeing, which meant a lot of walking. We really enjoyed it. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Finding how to get to the parking lot was a bit of a problem for us but the staff assisted us very promptly so it’s not such a big issue overall. After all the hotel is located in the Old Town. The second nigh bunch of guests were extremely noisy at 3 am and woke us up. They were standing next to the door to our room and talking very loudly for quite some time. I had to come out and ask them to keep it down since it was in the middle of the night and most guests were sleeping. Maybe, it should be brought up to the attention to all the guest that after certain hour like 11 pm, they should respect the privacy of other guests and keep their voices down especially in the hallways. I did bring this issue to the attention of the receptionist when checking out.

A really enjoyable stay in a nice hotel with friendly staff, right in the heart of Vilnius

Very central, old style hotel with lots of stairs but big comfortable rooms, a very good breakfast and friendly staff. Though we did ask for an omelette at breakfast and were told they were too busy that morning to do one

Lovely hotel in a quiet location with plenty of cafes and restaurants and a beautiful hotel.

The location was fantastic and the breakfast was lovely. The gentleman on reception on the evening of our last stay was very helpful and kind and came up to our room with some chocolates.

The programs on tv were hopeless. Two English speaking channels both with news and other English programs were dubbed with a male.

Unpleasant experience

The location of the hotel is in the centre of the old city, nearby for all the attractions to arrive by walking.

The hotel structure is very outdated, no adjustments have been made to it, such as ventilation. In places like the spa and pool, you can stay for a long time due to the lack of clean air, and the center itself is in an underground basement. The breakfast room is also in a small basement, and there is no clean air, and even though it is small, one day they asked us to wait. The carpets inside the hotel also look old and the carpet has not been cleaned for a long time, it has a bad smell, the shower is very dirty, lots of mosquitoes and flies, even when they clean, they open windows and leave them open for ventilation, and the problem is that there are no nets, so mosquitoes come in.

Wonderful stay in Vilnius

Very central location of the hotel. Free parking which is a good bonus. Nice decorated hall, big room, Rituals bath amenities. The staff is very young but is trying to provide comfort for guests. Spa zone is small - jacuzzi (very hot), swimming pool is warm, sauna (nice) and Turkish bath (did not use). Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, thanks. Over all , our stay in the hotel was nice :)

The breakfast is moderate for 5* hotel. The safe and coffee machine didn't work.

Exceptionally wonderful stay right in the middle of old town Vilnius

Exceptional gorgeous historic hotel, but with all modern amenities and comfort. Location could not have been better, bell tower right in front as well as great restaurants and activities. Breakfast is great and stunning to be in an antique architecture. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Chocolates upon arrival gave a very welcoming feeling. We will definitely come again!

Entire hotel needs a renovation. Sauna didn’t work, air conditioning in the room didn’t work, even the bathroom in the lobby was out of order.

Lovely older hotel right in the center of town. Breakfast very ample and varied. Free parking behind the hotel. Nice little pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Classically beautiful, 5 stars

the hotel is beautifully maintained, oldest in the old town and historically built in 16th century. staff were welcoming and helpful, we were treated to a welcoming cocktail and provided so much information to navigate the area. there is an elevator for ease of mobility w/ heavy luggage and elder people. Daily breakfast included was delicious and served in a brick arched basement refurnished cellar that looked like an old wine cellar, truly fantastic setting. the hotel is directly central to Old Town and on the main strip where so much is happening that we felt so lucky to be positioned w/in walking distance of all we hoped to see in Vilnius. we used Bolt to travel by scooter and by taxi to outskirts of old town and beyond to Trakai castle and this was easy enough. the hotel assisted w/ shuttle transfer from airport to hotel. the rooms were clean, classically designed and comfortable, turn down service, all truly fine touches to our stay. my family and i would return to Narutis hotel in the future!!

Exellent location

Location was great-in the middle of old town. Lovely decoration and especially reception area, nice spa(small but comfy), lovely staff and good breakfast. Also room was beautyful. But room was a bit noicy-windows towards indoors and too light.

Wonderful

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, clean with the best staff. Very friendly and helpful. The building itself is like a museum but same time it was very comfortable to stay there. And the location is the best! I was working, so if you also need a good wifi. You can rely on this hotel as well. The breakfast was very good.

The SPA is small. The water in the pool was hot and the Turkish bath was not working. But in ganarle it didn’t bother me at all as I stayed only 1 night. If you are looking for SPA option maybe this will not be the one.

Excelent stay as always!

This is not a first time we are staying at this hotel and everytime we love it ! Staff is just so helpful and polite, food and breakfast exceptional , room was beautiful decor, clean and spacious. 10000 recomend to stay there as the location is perfect to walk everywhere in old town.
