Location is great for walking around the city and easy access to train station.
Staff were lovely and friendly.

Loved the reception area with all the greenery. Loved the location. Loved the glass elevator. Liked the breakfast. Pity, though, we only got the breakfast menu once during our four night stay.
The spa could definitely be better. Some of the water jets didn't work and those that did weren't nearly powerful enough to massage.
The night staff wasn't service-minded.
