Quite good value for money

Very good location, with bus stops, the train station and a supermarket just a few steps away from the property. Our room was cozy and clean.

The reception was always empty, so if you need anything, you have to contact someone through messages. Our room was nice, but when we arrived, one of the two beds hadn’t been made. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms (we had internet access only in the reception area). The heating in our room was barely working, but we were informed that nothing could be done about it.

It is a decent money/value stay for a few nights if you plan just to sleep over.

I liked the location: about 15-20 mins by foot from bus station. and just next to Hales market (with interesting food court solution). I have received all the important data like entrance door number and check out instructions in advance, so I didn't stress looking or asking for info.

The room could be a little more spacious, but, on the other hand, it was exactly as shown in the pictures.

Great location in Vilnius, right across the street from the central market.

This was a great, clean place to stay. The staff was great and responsive in dealing with any issues that came up. The place is right across the street from the central market. Easy walking distance to old downtown Vilnius where all of the activities were. We enjoyed this place as we toured the Baltic countries.

Size of the room we were assigned. The room we stayed in was a little small. The original room that we were slated for did not have the keys available, so we had to change rooms. The room we were changed to was much smaller than the room we were assigned and smaller that the room that I recommended downstairs to our friends for the same price. Other than the size of the room, the facility was clean and nice.

Charming and simple

Everything was clean and the room was comfortable. Good bathroom, water pressure from the shower was working perfectly. They have an elevator, which is excellent if you are carrying heavy luggage. Extremely close to the Old Town, I highly recommend exploring Pylimo street and surroundings, there are some nice restaurants and shops, but less touristy.

Nice super simple but clean & central place to stay.

Location!!! it is super central - most of time we reached everything just by foot. Room was clean and relatively large (for this type of rooms in typical non expensive hotels), 2 big windows to inner parking. Next to market (fresh berries etc), near medium size Maxima and 10 min walk from bigger IKI (next to central train station) / Maxima Check-in / check-out are self service (couple of hours before our arrival we got all needed information and it went smooth. This is not yet a peak season so the hotel was pretty empty and may be this is the reason for some small drawback I will mention below. During the stay the stuff was available on watsapp with pretty smooth communication and quite fast response.

Facilities - DIdn't expected a lot, but it was really spartan: - bathroom: nothing except toilet paper and soap dispenser (I am used to see simple toothbrash + small toothpaste, small brick soap, etc even in simpler hotels around the globe - nothing here - had to buy in the nearer Maxima) - room: no spare blanket / pillow (what we find: small minibar, kettle, 2 welcome teabags, 2 cups) - lobby: for a week of stay we saw someone of stuff just once - all other time lobby was empty. So no answer for bells from outside if you have any problem to get in from parking / main entrance (as we had on arrival - bolt drop us from parking side instead of main entrance and than on main entrance the code block was a bit slow on response)

Not for me

We had to book this hotel at the last minute since the hotel we had booked had misplaced our reservation. It said om booking.com that this was the last room they had, so maybe it was of a poorer standard then the rest? The room had three narrow beds, a desk and a waterboiler. The bathroom was cramped. But the location is excellent.

I could have lived with the room as it was, but in addition to being dormatory-like, it was freezing cold! There was an icy draft coming from the window in the ceiling.

Smell from bathroom and frozen room.

Location of this property is convenient it is not my first stay here. this time it was not good.

When I booked I assumed there is reception. And I also remembered there was reception from my previous stay at this property. This time there was no staff, I could not ask for heating. The room was very cold. I was freezing all night and got sick. There was also very bad smell from the bathroom. As there was no staff I could not ask for room change.

10mins walk from bus station (with our luggage), easy check in instructions, no staff at the reception but they are easy to contact through messenger. Our room has a view of the streets. Walking distance to the old town. Lift is available in the hotel.

Good for money, for short stay

Very close to eveything. Easy to check in without personal, got clear timely instructions by hotel. Clean. Electric teapot and tea available. El. heater to dry towels in the bathroom.

Very noisy outside till late at night. Strange smell in the bathroom. No lights by the bed, only central light on the celing, although there were two lamps on the wall (one over the bed), they cannot be switched on. Bed ok for one person, too small for two.

Perhaps the worst place I have stayed in many years

Read those who have critical reviews. There are major issues here. Many of the high scores have no detailed info whatsoever. Other people's rooms may have been ok, but my door didn't even close and lock properly - and my review is an honest opinion of my room; other rooms may vary. The staff indicated no concerns with my stay; and also refused to engage in concerns I presented.

Room and door lock didn't work properly - lock screws and access to lock were available from outside the room. Very noisy - parties across the street at the bar, lots of traffic, honking, yelling, etc. Internet was very poor and kept dropping out. Hotel advertised bikes onsite and then informed me they did not have them. B.com did not respond to my requests for customer service, including my fear about being a female solo traveller in a room without a properly locking door. The staff indicated no concerns with my stay; and also refused to engage in concerns I presented. They stated there were no other rooms available to move to despite B.com advertising an additional 18 rooms. This accommodation advertises deceitfully and then does not even provide a reasonably safe room.

Disgusting

The room smelled as if someone was puking and peeing inside to all of the sides. It is mind blowing how can someone let others in the room like that and take the money for it. We checked in late with my girlfriend so did not have a chance to see any staff. It was a self check-in. It was impossible to stay. I had to change my clothes in the lobby because every breath in the room caused nausea and contractions. So we had decided to leave and stay the night elsewhere. There was no staff to draw their attention to it. After writing a complain to booking.com explaining we did not stay there for a night and asking for a refund we received an answer 'you can leave a review but there will be no refund'. I find it unbelievable! Only once in my life I had to complain about unbearable conditions and that happened on AirBnb platform. AirBnb staff was helpful and effective which I can not say about booking.com. I tried to contact the property itself but there was no response either. Outrages. And sure enough, other rooms might be in a good state. But it is unbelievable that staff sold this room in this condition and feels fine not giving a refund once complained. Tells you something about their customer service. Same applies to booking.com. Turns out they have no responsibility over the properties they are offering here.

Great affordable stay (with free parking) to discover Vilnius by foot

The hotel is located on the old city border, which makes it perfect to discover the city by foot. We were looking for an affordable but comfortable and clean room in the vicinity of the city center, without any extra services like breakfast and were very satisfied. Some other pros: - The free private parking place was very nice - Online check-in instructions were clear and we did not see a receptionist - Location was very convenient - Room and bathroom were clean - The price was great!

No real cons. The room and bathroom were basic but good and therefore we are very pleased with the price-quality.

While its on a cheap side, I am confident you can find better places to stay in same price range and location. When we arrived and needed to find out where to park our car, we called on provided number to hear from annoyed/unpleasant employee. Rooms were small and dated.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Only good things about this hotel were location (close to Gate of Dawn), free parking and self check-in and check-out.

Absolutely worst possible hotel experience in my life. Door to the bathroom was damaged, it couldn't be closed. Room was double so in order to give other person some privacy you'd have to leave the room. On top of it there was a terrible stench coming from bathroom, and since doors didn't close, only thing you could do is to get used to sever smell in entire room all day long. Once we've went to reception guy and explained our issue, he said and I quote: "So?". Since we didn't want a downgrade to Economy and all Standard rooms were occupied, he said we would have to pay for an upgrade to Superior, which would double cost of rent. And lastly, they were well aware of that issue: when you look closely, you can see on the pictures that they tried repairing those doors, there is tape on doors and wooden door frame is scraped off. All in all, we got a room that was not prepared for taking customers and it should be repaired before they rent it to anyone. This is not the level of hospitality we would expect from any hotel.
