    The hotel is located around 5 minutes walk from bus and railroad station and about 20 minutes walk from Gediminas monument. Our room was rather small on the fourth floor, water pressure/flow was low at around 8am, at 2pm room was not ready for check-in and luggage storage was available. There are tea/coffee, dresser with many hangers, hair dryer, flat screen TV, wall mirror, night stands with lights in the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of offered options. Double beds were comfortable. Shower towels were thin and basic. Check-in counter clerks were friendly and helpful, it is staffed until midnight only, hotel entrance door can reportedly be opened at night with guest's room key card. Overall we had a positive experience with the Ivolita hotel.

    I booked Aug 14-15 and asked clearly to their mail if we can come late at 00:20 and one fo the staff replied "yes". He also sent me a code for the door key and told me he will put my name on the key. We got there at00:20 of 14th. I was curious since the key wasn't on my name. So i thought someone took it by mistake. Took the key and went to the room. The bed was for a single person. And ny husband slept on the floor. Early morning i went to the reception and explained what happened. The staff explained everything and that i have to pay one more night since it was an early check in at 00:20. Told her it was fine for me but they dont have to send email that it was okay that we come late at they agreed on that. It was humiliating on my part that my husband slept on the floor and i cant do anything. I paid additional 65€ and its just like that the staff sis not even said Sorry or anything. It was unprofessional welcome and humiliating. The other staff in the kitchen on the other part are very nice.

    We arrived 2 AM, no note was left on check in instructions , had to wait til 8 AM…. manager was not helpful…. reception hours should be posted on the website

    TV not working. Staff did nothing to fix it. Difficult to use washbasin because there was no drain plug. Restaurant crowded in morning with shortages.
