Nice location place with parking , room service
View from windows-abounded building in front of windows, low pressure in shower, nop possible to go straight out to parking from hotel.

Location, cleanliness, free parking, free toiletries, the breakfast 👌🏽

This is close walking distance to everything in the city.
I think the pictures make this place look better than it is. The parking instructions were incomplete. There is a gate that you need to call someone to get through to get back to the parking. They did not explain this and one of us had to walk around to the front door and find a number that someone would answer. The parking is in the back of the building and does not look like what is pictured and the back door to the property is locked mid day so we had to find another way around. Parking is limited. If we hadn’t found a door through by the church it would have been a very long way around. The shower mat had hair on it from whoever was staying there before us and there are no side tables to the bed which was an inconvenience.

The hotel's location is excellent, within easy walking distance of all the key places in Vilnius city centre. It was also very quiet - no sound from the street and almost no sounds from the other guests (one reason may be the thick carpeting on the floors and stairs). My room had plenty space and I liked the comfortable couch.
I would've liked a desk or small table to put my laptop on and work. But the wide and long couch did the job well enough as impromptu desk.

Well located. Bed was comfortable. Room reasonably clean and tidy. Surrounding streets pretty. Comparing to other prices of other similar hotels I would say average price range per night.
Check in confusing, said at booking stage to check-in at Narutis. It’s actually self-check in. Got a message on booking.com at 12pm on the day of check-in with access door code/instructions, key was ready at 3pm. So nowhere to leave your bag if you arrive before 3pm. Take a pew in a coffee shop with your suitcase, or risk leaving bag unattended and accessible to all other guests. Self-check in fine, just wasn’t clear when booked and so a bit stressful on arrival until I figured it out. No kettle or iron which I think even more basic hotels have a kettle, so would make it better. Bring ear plugs for church bells that ring every hour and each 15 min as they ring 24hrs a day, sound is close to hotel so didn’t sleep, be aware if light sleeper.

Good location, simples instructions, nice and clean room and quiet neighbourhood
No coffee machine, no staff but didn’t need to speak to anyone

Good location
Very strong food smell from downstairs, therefore the room stinks of oil. Outdated facilities.

Good location, calm and clean hotel
Rather outdated (pictures are not up to date) and the fact that there is no stuff made things a little bit more complex.

Great location. Lovely room
I picked this hotel specifically because they said their had air conditioning. THERE IS NO AC

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the historical centre of Vilnius. The room looked good and had a nice view of the inner courtyard and housekeeping did an excellent job. Wifi functioned without any problems, and the room had airconditioning.
Without a manned desk, entering can be problematic. I had no trouble myself, but I met a guest who had not received the entrance code. The room lacked a desk and a chair, which is awkward for someone travelling for work

The location was great. Everything was very close. There was good own closed parking, and although there was no staff on-site, they were always in touch and ready to help. We had wonderful staying. There was no refrigerator in our room, but we didn’t need one anyway since there were plenty of good places to eat nearby.

The location in the Old Town was an excellent base to explore from and was very close to the major attractions.
My room had a little balcony which was lovely to sit on in the mornings.
The room was spacious with plenty of room to relax and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom facilities were adequate and clean but dated. The shower didn't have a curtain or screen meaning the floor got very wet during showering.
There were no staff on site so it is more like a serviced apartment.
Not all the lights worked in my room.

Property had good location, free parking lot, breakfast was held at another hotel and was excellent.
There was no staff at the hotel, there was no fridge in the room. The room had enormous dusty, old, crooked lamp above the bed. It had old dusty decor-figures on the night stand. The room had an old house smell. The room had no air conditioner.
6.0 / 10.0
Good location, charm of an old building, good beds
The room had an unpleasant odot, the appliences are old and dated (the tv, the fan), the bathroom was small and impossible to walk into comfortably because of the planning. There was bad mould in the shower appliances. Parking lot is not easily accessable, one has to walk around the whole quarter and call a number every time you want to drive in or out of it, some of the times they just dropped the call. There is noone at the reception to greet you, didnt see a single persone once.

My stay was absolutely exceptional. I was upgraded to a higher-standard hotel located right in the city center. The room was spacious, quiet, extremely comfortable, and decorated with great attention to detail. The entire hotel impresses with its stylish design and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were professional and helpful. Definitely a place I’d love to return to!

We were moved from the Apia Hotel to their second "5 stars" NARUTIS hotel and no reason given, although of course it is not something to complain about. The new hotel was very nice (however not as good as on the pictures). I am not sure how it could be 5 Stars. The location was great and the design of the hotel is very nice! The receptionists were trying to help the best they could!
The room we were given faced the inner covered yard with reception, so it was quite loud with piano lobby music and the guests checking in. There was no source of fresh air. The air con in the room had no remote for some reason so we had to ask for it. The remote did not work, and 3 hotel engineers could not fix it. We had to google and solve the problem ourselves. There was a bathtub with enough water pressure, however it was slightly leaking. The coffee maker stopped working on the second day. The whole hotel seemed a bit dated. There was no room service on the second day - no coffee/creamer refill, and when we went and asked for it, it was not available. The room had hair on various places :( The parking space was filled and we were very lucky to get a spot, so be aware it might be a problem if you come by car.

very clean, located in the very center, comfortable beds, big room, very convenient check-in system (you just get an access code and don't depend on the time of arrival, etc.), free parking (which is rare in a central location). Incredible breakfasts. Yes, you have to walk 3 minutes down the street to another hotel, but you get a breakfast of a 5-star hotel standard.

It’s located right in the Old Town of Vilnius with all kinds of bars and restaurants in the area. Huge shoutout to the nice lady from the Front desk of this hotel who was very kind and friendly and provided me with all the information I needed for checking in. The room itself was clean, cozy, with a big bathtub, hairdryer and lots of toiletries.
There was a tv set in the room, a nice desk in case if you want to use your laptop. There was no reception in the ground floor, but I didn’t need it actually. In 10 meters there is a cool restaurant called Cozy which I strongly recommend to visit.
I can’t even call it a disadvantage, but it would be nice if the carpet gets rid of some old stains in some spots (however it was clean, no dust or dirt detected)

We were also moved to the Narutis hotel which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. (Apparently we just missed Zelensky who also stayed at the hotel during the Nato summit meeting!)
Room was fantastic and staff were exceptional. Parking was a great bonus.
Breakfast was also outstanding.
Did not get a message to say our hotel had changed so was a bit confusing at the time.

Perfect location, car parking provided. Fantastic breakfast, lots of choices, very tasty. The interior is very interesting. Rooms are nice as well.
Minibar prices are too high. And water was unavoidably splashing out of the bathtub.
