Straight up scam.

First they ask you to fill out the form with your data that has a mandatory checkbox that you agree to pay city tax additionally. Even tho the price says it already includes all taxes and charges. After I contacted them - they told me there's no mistake and I would have to pay this tax. After contacting Booking support that told me they're in the wrong - they said I won't have to pay any additional tax. After coming to the hotel I found out that we got put into wrong room. It was small Economy room, even tho I booked Standard one. I tried calling them by the number they sent me in the message and by the number that was left on reception, as it's an autonomous hotel and there's no receptionist. But operator told me this number doesnt exist. So I wrote a message to them and they told me that I made a mistake and just probably called a wrong number (I didnt, as I rechecked it multiple times) and that the apartment was a Standard one. I checked the photos for Economy room and it matched exactly the room we were given, so I contacted Booking support again and they returned me the difference between Standard and Economy room. There was also no door mat or anything to leave the shoes at so room became very filthy very fast as it was in the winter and snow started melting from the shoes. Check out is also at 10 am with paid option to move it to later time which they have to approve. And if they decline you request - you don't get your money back, so they just take it for free and you have to leave anyways. I would take it only if there's no other option, but be ready for them to try to get more money out of you and be ready for 0 support if you have any issues.

Warm, clean, comfortable and central

Rooms are indeed small but very comfortable and clean. Shower gel/soap provided as well as spare towels, toilet paper and extra duvet. Shower was fantastic! The cleaning lady was lovely and offered to clean every morning. Location is great with a shop and a restaurant very close by. 'Check in' was very easy with key boxes in the main entrance and codes sent by email.

My major complaint is that there was no shared kitchen/living area facilities as advertised. There was a tiny kitchen with very small fridge and microwave- looks like a staff kitchenette. The hotel is completely unstaffed- just a cleaning lady in the mornings but nobody else. There wasn't really any space for storing clothes or suitcases so people with big luggage might struggle.

Very very basic!!!

It had a bed, that’s about it which in all fairness was quite comfortable

Being an autonomous hotel wasn’t ideal as when we arrived at the check in time our keycard was no where to be found. A lady did come to help but only spoke Russian and didn’t understand Lithuanian, however she was friendly and did try her best. Took around 40 mins though to sort out the situation. The window in our room didn’t shut properly letting in the cold in -20 degree weather. The blind on the window was mouldy. Shower and bathroom was effectively in a cupboard. It was relatively cheap but I’d expect the basics to be right.

Alright location. Mattress was comfy. Had a heater.

The room was TINY. I knew that even before booking it but it was small. A big issue was when you were entering the room. Since there is snow outside and the luggage and shoes are wet, once you put those inside the room, if you don’t be careful, you will end up making the room wet. And since the room is small in the first place, it will be harder for you to move without your socks being wet. The bathroom reminded me airplane size. Had shower etc but was alright. The window wasn’t closing properly, meaning a bit of air was coming inside. A bit of mold inside the room too..

Good location, good staff and care, small rooms

The stuff, the house cleaning lady, and the people on WhatsApp were super helpful, and there to help very fast. Quite note before reading further: The property administration acted professionally and displayed a value based attitude which I highly appreciated. The problem was that the neighboring 2-3 rooms were rented out to a group of friends that arrived to party. They drank, got drunk, get loud, and shouted in the corridor and in their rooms. This disturbance continued from around midnight until 4-5 am in the morning. I let the administrator know about it. Around 1 am the administrators were able to silence the crowd but their hallway acts continued in a loud fashion in banging each others doors and loud talk. I informed the administrators again around 4 am. Eventually, I understand that the administrator cancelled their booking and forced them out, and refunded me for the night. Kitchen is a good value. And there is a laundry machine.

My room is advertised as a room for two but realistically two person staying in such a room may not have a comfort as there is no space in the room where two person can freely move open their bags, or even wear their shoes at the same time. The same applies to the bathroom, it is very small. If you are ready for such size of a room, you will have not issues.

Abiisimaly mediocre due to failing the small things

The Location is great, and overall it was not... bad.

The photos honestly showed fairly bigger rooms, the planing of the space is poor, the lay out is room and bathroom and a good architect would have made bathroom sides mirror one to other so nobody needs to hear the next room over shower but that was not the case, the biggest anoyance was the bed sheets, the matress cover was straight up way too small.for the matress and coult not hook onto the bottom. The blanket was not aproprietly sized either, me and my Girlfriend even while snuggling close found it a challange to fully cover ourselves, not to mention the windowsill being wet from what I assume to be dripping condensate.

I liked the location.

I didn’t like that our room was on the first floor and it was near the buildings main entrence. The walls were thin and we could hear people walking in and out. Also didn’t see anyone from the staff.

Room is a bit too small and you can hear the people next door. You do not really see any staff, which can be a good or a bad thing in case you wanted to ask some questions. However the staff was available on whatsapp to answer questions.

Under the mattress needs a vacuum. The room was hot because there is no possibility for ventilation without opening the door. The bottom sheet is too small for the mattress so it kept coming off. The washing machine is offered in the description as being available to guests however when I asked how to use it, I was told it was for housekeeping only.

Overpriced, and a completely unbearable deception.

Pictures inaccurate and deceptive, room and bathroom too small. One tiny window on ceiling, so no air flow, making it too hot and humid to sleep. No room to open luggage, unbearable. Comparable to a bad hostel, but proced at almost 70€. Criminal, and should be removed from your site, as it makes me unlikely to ever use booking.com again

If it is your type of place, it is very good

The location is excellent within walking distance from old town and the majority of the main attractions. The place is very clean and bed is comfortable. There is no staff but you get the code that opens both doors easily and in advance. We needed another roll of toilet paper and I just asked the cleaning lady. She did not speak English but made an effort to understand me. It worked.

The reason they have not received a 10 from me is that the room is very, very small. And I mean it. The bed touch the walls in 3 sides: head, foot and one side. So the person sleeping away from the “entry” side has to climb over the other person to get out of the bed. The room is about 2x1 meter (aside from the bed). That means two people have to kind of perform a very strange dance to move at the same time. The bathroom is super clean but the shower space is 90x90 cm. A big person will not be able to shower in it. Also the roof is tilted. On the door wall it is about 2,5 meter high but next to the window it is about 1 meter high. A lot of head bumping if you do not pay attention. Same in the bathroom. All that said I should mention that we stayed at room 212, I do not know if all rooms are the same. Also if you will use the room only to shower and sleep as we did, all that is manageable.

Comfortable stay

Good location, very close to city center by walk. Located in a quiet street. Easy check-in. Room is small but clean and comfortable.

Shower drain was clogged. Support to hang the shower head was broken. Room had a heater but it didn't work. It was less than 5 degrees celsius outside during the evenings and mornings, so it was cold in the room. Window has a bit of mold.

Good place and clean, close to the city center, but the room is very small barely fit for one person but very small for two people. The price for one night is 40 Euro not worth such a price per night also the kitchen is shared very small there is no gas stove and no kitchen utensils for cooking counter there is a microwave and washing machine and small refrigerator. I recommend one night no more if you are traveling

In the pics it’s shown much bigger scale room but if you go it’s creepy small and barely you can move around. Bathroom was normal not ideal bathroom but it’s funny they have put shampoos with now showering towel. They gave total 3 small towels which didn’t make sense. Bed was ok. I didn’t understand the fact they have a hotel name but it was even worse compared to the cheap hostels I’ve stayed.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID THIS HOTEL OR YOU WILL SLEEP ON THE STREET!

WORST CHECH-IN EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Poor service. Bad value for money. No check in instructions. No receptionist inside during working hours. Rude call service. I arrived at 8:30 PM, schedule says receptionist should be here until 9:00 PM, but there only locked door from the street and that’s all! NOTHING! I managed to contact property, but male receptionist was rude, unprofessional and not willing to help and solve issue at all! His answers were: 1) everybody says they don’t have instructions, but we always send it - FALSE! 2) you can sleep whatever you want (meaning street during night), I don’t care. And after that he ENDED CALL WITHOUT ANY HELP (but was glad to hear that my credit card already had been charged). Poor and miserable life of a man who hates his job and life… And other hotel guests (at least 3 during evening was struggling to check in as well). After my 4 calls I was lucky to contact another female receptionist who send me instructions finally, but this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! AVOID THIS HOTEL! Super small room, no tea/coffee/water, no receptionist, no instructions, NOTHING! Super bad value for money and worst experience ever!
