Very good modern hotel in old town

Perfect location and modern hotel with a lift. Good WiFi and comfortable beds. Very helpful 24/7 receptionists. Private sauna and jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Nice Korean restaurant in the same building is a plus

Reasonably priced but not peaceful

Only a short walk to the old town and under 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room was big and the bed was quite comfortable and the shower had good power

Although outside the control of the hotel there was a small bar on the other side of the road and as my room was at the front of the hotel, I could hear music coming from the bar which get me awake. I know this is not the fault of the hotel but it was a pleasant experience. There was no reception on the TV, not really an issue for me but thought I would mention it. When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait a while for someone to appear at the reception to check us in

Really lovely place to stay in Vilnius

Very good location. Soundproofing is excellent. Spacious room and bathroom.

Excellent choice of hotel, quality throughout my stay.

Booked as a single traveller, room was good size, tea/coffee making facilities were welcome. TV had various channels including English language, wi-fi available and secure. Bathroom and shower excellent including toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, choice, presentation and quality was very high standard. The location close to train station and old city is perfect. I used the spa facilities (which was an extra cost but he whirlpool bath and sauna was welcome when temperature outside in January 2026 was -13degC. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable 2-night stay.

Not a problem for me but the clothes rail only had 1 hanger, I am sure I could have asked for more but didn't need to. Stairway to breakfast room was circular (the building is very old and beautiful of course) and did not cause me a problem but might be an issue for others? I am sure you could have breakfast in the restaurant above if required.

Good downtown hotel with very favourable price value ratio

Location of the hotel is close to the city centre and major attractions. Railway and long distance and city bus stations are also very close. The hotel is clean and well equipped. I booked two single rooms but receieved one single and one double room with no surcharge.

Heating in the single room was not enough or we could not adjust it. Room walls are bit tiny, noises may be heard from the neighboring rooms. Furnitures are bit old and few things were broken. When we were there, it was snowing and snow was not cleaned in front of the hotel at all, therefore it was slippery, but it is totally common in Vilnius downtown.

Great stay!

Great service and rooms. We had a free rearrange of our rooms to be on the same floor, including an upgrade on one of them. Very goog breakfast. Amazing and cozy spa area, I was lucky not many people those days and could book it easily just for my own. If you like hot water in jacuzzi i recommend to specify in advance. Convenient location near city center and train station. Totally recommended and I will surely come back.

Good value for money

Value for price. I booked the cheapest room just for one overnight. Sparta, but not poverty. Very good sound isolation. Breakfast area smallish, but I liked the food: both variety and taste. They change the variety day-to-day.

In the room there was coffee packet 3 in 1 only. I would prefer a non-sweet regular instant coffee

Great location

The location was superb. The train station and bus station is 9 min walk. There was a lot great cafe and restaurants around. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and warm. I would stay again in this hotel.

Very well positioned

-walking distance to bus/railway station -helpful staff -clean, well equipped room -comfy beds -practically in old town

-the rate of the room was a bit steep for the hotels class in such a small city that is rather less touristy than Riga or Tallinn, but I guess the marathon was a reason for this too, prices probably got higher and it.was rather harder to find a room on a short notice.

Stay central in Vilnius

The hotel is in the city centre of old town of Vilnius. It is a modern and very clean hotel. I had a single room and it was spacious enough. The room has fridge and safebox. It was bright enough with a nice view in the main road. In a short walking distance (5 to 10 min) it is the main square of Town Hall, the highlights of the old town, the modern art museum. Also the university is in 10 min and it is very close to train station and central bus station (5 min). Many places to eat and drink around. Also a bus stop is almost in front of the hotel.

Very large and pleasant room, with heated floors in the bathroom. Good location, close to the city center and the train station.

Poor breakfast in an unpleasant windowless room (a basement). Room facing the road, with some outside noise. Inefficient room service; on some days, the room was not cleaned.

Underwhelming but good sized space.

Our apartment was spacious

We were in a corner room on a busy crossroads, so it was quite noisy, with buses and cars. The whole place smelled of cabbage, probably from the Korean restaurant downstairs. The whole place could do with modernising.

Pleasant comfortable hotel close to the old town

Lovely spacious suite. Great location at the edge of the old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Parking is offsite and getting to the hotel was very difficult as google took us the wrong way. One way streets are tricky. We had to park 400m away and walk to the hotel to find out about the parking.

Very convenient choice

The location was great. Close to the main sites, close to busses, very convenient. It is also close to bars and restaurants. In general a very good choice. The staff was efficient and some of them also friendly and helpful.

Locked in a bad and dangerous room

Location.

Our room window cannot be opened. A/C did not function properly - excessive heat in the room, impossible to sleep. Hot water was not available for half of the stay Reported many times, but no action. Two out of three emergency exits were locked, and one is obstructed. We felt trapped in a bad and dangerous location.

Well located, comfortable hotel.

Easily reached by bus (and five minute walk) from the airport, and five minutes walk to the old town, bars and restaurants. Our room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, a decent shower, mini fridge and kettle. There is a fridge just by reception where you can buy beers, wine and snacks. It was quiet at night. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Not clean. Mess all around. Maze to get to the room, up and down on stairs. The bedroom was located at the same level of the street and the noise was too much, from both people and cars. Towels and lining quite old.

We liked our stay a lot!

Breakfast was very good and room was nice, not very big but OK. Location good, just a short walk and you will get to Old town. Lots of restaurats and caféet nearby. It costs only 0,80 euro to travel with train from airport to town, very cheap and easy. We like Vilnuis a lot, many nice old buildings, good food, good museums (KGB museum very interesting), it felt very safe all the time. We didn´t try the spa at the hotel, it costed 20 euro extra/person.

Nightmare Hotel with no hot water and poor air conditioner

Very nice property. Good location. Good staff in reception.

We had 4 days stay and 3 days was no hot water, staff was saing it is Lithuanian Communications Network carring out works that affect all hotel visitors, so we couldn't take shower for 3 days and they were trying to fix boiler that as I undersood was not designed to supply hotel with hot water if something happens with Lithuanian Networks. Air conditioner wasn't cooling it was showing we have 28 degrees in the room all the time. I didn't even go for breakfast due to no hot water under the tap and cleanliness of plates and cutlery is in question. Not even mentioning parking place at Hales Market were we paid for few days to keep our car and couldn't leave on our first day because payment wasn't showing in owners system and we had to call them and explain that we payed for our parking. We chosen this hotel because it was very good raiting and price for services they provide, but our stay was a nightmare. Would not recomend.

I would not go back there, even the location is very good

The staffe is nice and Helpfull. My was right on the main street, so i asked to change the room and they did it without hestiation.

The bed's and breakfest are more then poor. i would book without breakfest and go to near by coffee shops which are really good. The bed are so old, that you always end up between the do matresses. At least in my room.

An affordable four star option in the outskirts of old town

Good room with an efficient air-conditioning and a refrigerator where you could put things you've bought yourself (=it wasn't a stacked minibar). Secure Wi-Fi. Location was close to a bus stop (Rudninku street) with multiple lines passing by, and it's just a short walking distance to train station.

The breakfast food was good, but the room itself was awfully small. You always felt rushed with other people wanting a table themselves. Think this was because of a renovation of the regular breakfast room.

Very great!

Located 10 minutes from the train station, in a great location in the historic center, easy to find. A sauna is available for an additional fee. But you need to register a time for visiting the sauna. Not expensive. There is a small fridge, a device for boiling water, tea, sugar in the room. There is a dresser, hair dryer and TV. We don't use Wifi, so can't rate it.

Breakfast was not available at the hotel. The receptionist did not know where to have breakfast at 7.00 in the morning. We found excellent coffee with croissants in a cafe "Boulangerie Vilnius" 100 m away. And a richer offer in the Market 300 m away

Fantastic city, don't think I would go back to this hotel

Fine big room, warm, plenty fresh towels. Location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town. Staff were very nice.

Breakfast was basic, milk served in carton, not a jug or dispenser and not very hot. On 2 mornings I had to ask for the juice jugs to be refilled. Found somebody's t/shirt behind a chair in our room, dont know how long it was there!
