Exceptional room and room size. Superb air-conditioning. Being a first time visit to Vilnius, reception team were brilliant and informative. For those not wishing to be smack in the middle of 'The old town' or 'The tourist zone' this hotel importantly offers a quieter location within a 5 minute walk of the Old Town, Main Bus and Train Station and not far from airport. Not done with Vilnius so will be returning very soon.

Being someone who chooses hotels based on wellness and sauna facilities, disappointed to discover that the sauna facilities were closed but not the end the world.

The stairs to get to the room is too complicated and no lift

Hotel location excellent for the old town and bus and rail station. Staff polite room cleaned to a high standard really nothing to complain about.

Nothing to be honest

Everything was just Ok. Location was near the old town. Room was much smaller then what one expect from four star hotel. Breakfast room was a very cramped and unwelcoming in the adjacent Korean restaurant so we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel

Location is on a busy road with traffic noise all night. Staff were very unhelpful . Front desk was not manned all the time. Layout of rooms in the hotel was very odd. We have to carry our luggage ( No offer of help from the staff) first up one flight of stairs, then take a lift to a floor above and then go down another floor via very steep stairs to finally reach our room. Room was very cramped.. Spa and sauna was not available as advertised . wouldn't give more then three star to this hotel.
