Excellent location with good value for money, services could be better though

Good value for the location. The place is in the old town limits, everything is very close. Place was quiet (maybe because it was February) and looks just like in the pictures. Although outside was very cold, the room temperature was quite okay. Very hot water all the time. Spacious bathroom (floor was a bit cold - bring slippers with you) with small bath. Kitchen with everything needed (dishes, cutlery, kettle, electric stove). Good single double bed (not two twins put together). Wifi was good and fast. Common rooms were clean and overall place is stylish. Keyless door - just remember the code.

There is almost not cupboard. Just some open shelves next to the front door. For one person it's fine, for two people most probably not enough. Paid the price for two people (including the city tax) - although only one person checked in. Did not even bother to ask for a refund though, the price was still competitive, but left with a bad taste of scamming. Communication with the host was non-existent, only automated messages in Booking. My requests were eventually resolved, but without any response or reaction. There is no room service. Although common rooms were cleaned almost daily, the staff never came to ask whether my room also needs cleaning or not. Floor got pretty dirty during my 10-night stay. Guess I should have asked, but eventually did not bother. There could have been at least a door mat to leave winter boots for melting. However, seems to be good enough for short stays.

Good location slight issues not terrible but not great.

The Location was very nice.

Unfortunately the first couple nights the room smelled like fish. However it did end up going away. Whenever you use the water it smells like eggs. I stayed for 18 days and we got room service 1 time with new towels and toilet paper. Trash was never taken out. It was a really good location however some things could use some work. The heating machine was also iffy and the bed was uncomfortable. I would recommend this if you have a short stay of nothing more but 4 days and will only be in this room to sleep and not to relax.

Easy access to city center, minor issues but solvable

Proximity to city center and kitchen inside the apartment.

The chairs in the apartment are too low for the foldable table and the shower basin was leaking in the floor. Minor problems solvable in a short time. The matress are way to soft and the pillows almost nonexistent, i suggest changing them up.

If the room was warm enough, even with a blanket, then it would be much better, as it was freezing outside.

The location was good very close to Old Town. The bed mattress was good as well and it has hot water.

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. The room was very cold, as the air conditioning did not produce warm air even in heating mode, and the portable heater already in the room was not working. We contacted the property on the first night and left our contact details, but no one got back to us. The next morning, we called again and were told a technician would come, which never happened. We then contacted Booking.com around noon, and after that, the property informed us that a portable heater had been placed in the room. When we returned in the evening, the room was only slightly warmer and still uncomfortable, as the heater was too small to properly heat the space (Photo for reference). We later asked for an extra blanket but received no response, so we had to sleep wearing extra clothes to stay warm. Additionally, there is a restaurant directly below the rooms, and strong cooking smells stayed in the room for many hours, including fish odors that lasted more than half a day.

Lovely place, close to the old town

The apartment was a good size and clean. We had to work a few days so the desk was perfect. We liked that entry is keyless, very convenient.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the check in time and had to wait around 10 minutes. Not a massive deal but we had arrived on an early flight so we’re tired.

Great stay overall. The location is prime and very easy to find, with everything within walking distance. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the place matched the description perfectly. I would definitely come back again.

Fine for a short stay

Very modern furniture, and good location from an old town. Price to quality was also quite pleasant. Room had fridge, stove, everything for cooking and eating for two.

Very low ceilings had us bending down half the time. Kitchen has no paper towels, no soap, no sponge and bathroom floor was insanely cold, like walking outside. Staff not only didn't respond to calls, but also didn't respond to messages.

The location it was great, close to everything, the check in it was good as it was all done my yourself so no waiting in a queue to be seen by other available staff.

The bedsheets could have been more cleaner as it was a holes in it and pen markings.

Estancia estupenda

I liked that it was a very private and quiet place, but at the same time very comfortable and clean. We stayed for two days in mid-October and it was a great choice. Excellent location and a lovely street.

A gem in the heart of Vilnius

A really nice place to stay. The room was spacious and the location was great. The property is located just on the edge of Old Town and near the bus and train stations, so it was easy to come and go, but also see things in the historic center of town. The facilities of the room were very good and this is a place I'd stay again when I come to Vilnius next time.

Best vacation accommodation

Best location in the heart of the Old Town. Beautiful old building, luxurious interiors, very well maintained. Quiet and peaceful. Apartment is fantastic - small but smartly done: actually looks like the photos - clean, modern, stylish. Aircondition with heating function. Great bed and pillows. All facilities at place.

The bed was slightly uncoumfortable, very low ceiling , the floor was sagging towards one end, so a sloaped floor, if you are 1.86cm dont, because you will hit your head in some areas especially in the bathroom

Very pleasant and comfortable stay in Vilnius

It was so clean, both the apartment and the communal areas. It smelled very nicely. The location was perfect, lots of amenities nearby and interesting places to have a coffee, drink or dinner. The apartment was spacious and pleasant, with no view, though. It is highly recommended. Value for money.

There is no dining table-only a small one-and very basic kitchen equipment. It's fine if you don't intend to cook much.

Nothing “luxury” about this property, although it was reflected in the price.

The bathroom was clean

You come into kitchenette and then straight on a side twin beds. The room was situated on the first floor, at a busy and loud and echoey staircase. On top of that neighbours were having a party. We could not stay there even though we paid for 3 nights.

One of the worst accommodations in my life so far

The location is nice

It was quite dirty, the ventilation in the bathroom is covered in dust / mold. Beds are small and not comfortable. No service for the rooms and no stuff at all. What was most important, for 2 of 3 nights of stay there, a fire alarm was beeping loudly during the evening and the night (1 am) because of a battery issue, and I had to go out of the bed to switch it off, so the night rest was spoiled. And I was unable to reach stuff by phone because my call was "out of our working hours".

A unique place. Very convenient location, very close to the most important attractions of Vilnius, and at the same time the place is very quiet and peaceful. Отличное расположение, легко найти. До железнодорожного и ватовокзала можно дойти пешком окло 10 минут, центр города в 5 минутах ходьбы. Комната и ванная были чистыми, хорошие большие полотенца.

Номер был крохотный: около 11 квадратных метров хотя в обявлении было 20. Очень разозлила надпись на шариковой ручке, если это шутка то она неуместна. Не было ни стула ни стола. Подушки не удобные

Super lokalizacja, kilka minut piechotą do starego miasta, autobusy niedaleko, sklepy i restauracje wokół. W mieszkaniu było wszystko, co potrzebne. Czysto. Pani sprzątająca bez problemu dała nam nowy papier i ręczniki. Świetna komunikacja.

W łazience straszny chłód. Mimo małego grzejnika na ścianie nie było żadnego innego źródła ciepła i branie prysznica było po prostu nieprzyjemne. Plus materac od łóżka strasznie miękki. Aż do przesady.

Bardzo dobry apartament w swietnej lokalizacji

Lokalizacja doskonała. Kilka minut spacerkiem od najciekawszych atrakcji Starego Miasta, ale przy spokojnej, cichej ulicy. W nocy panuje doskonała cisza i spokój, więc wypoczywa się doskonale. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, czystość bez zarzutu. Pomimo że w samym obiekcie nie ma restauracji, to w praktyce restauracja jest, dostępna nawet bez wychodzenia na zewnątrz 🙂 Kolejne dwa lokale po sąsiedzku.

Co prawda w apartamencie jest kuchenka, ale brak wyciągu kuchennego i słaba wentylacja powodują, że gotowanie na niej jest mocno problematyczne. Gotowanie powoduje skraplania się pary na suficie i ścianie. Smażenia już zdecydowanie nie polecam. Zapachy kuchenne pozostają w pomieszczeniu na długo. Podsumowując - kuchenka i mikrofalówka raczej do podgrzania czegoś, niż gotowania. Przydałby się nieco większy stolik, aby jedzenie posiłków było wygodniejsze. Apartament jest teoretycznie dla 3 osób, ale jedna musi spać na nierozkładanej kanapie w salonie, która jest za krótka i niewygodna. Ale dla dwóch osób łóżko jest bardzo dobre.

Es war klein aber fein. Sehr zentral die Altstadt nur wenige Meter entfernt wie auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön und das Zimmer gut ausgestattet.

Nur sehr kleine Mängel, der Fernseher ging nicht und die Betstecklade hat ein bisschen geklemmt, aber sonst alles super
