Insecure and not clean enough. No staff on hand to discuss issues.

Location was good

Property is very insecure as I'm almost certain they use the same room code for the building and every room. Dirty floors, led to dirt tracked into bedsheets as well. No good option for leaving bags there before the day you fly out.

As soon as I arrived I felt at home, safe, with support of additional needs located in the basement (iron, kitchen, extra tea/coffee). AirCon was great, bed comfortable and bathroom felt very luxurious. In room fridge & TV was welcome too,

Minor - would have loved an in room coffee machine or coffee sachets and milk. but overall I was so impressed with the stay, locality and ease of check in. highly recommend!

The best place to stay for a city break

The hotel is located in the very center of the old town. The hotel staff communicates very well online. My room faced the courtyard, I slept like a baby. There are many restaurants in the area. Walking distance to various points of interest, for example, 20min. to Gediminas Castle tower, from which you can see a 360^ panorama of Vilnius

Fabulous place and location BUT........

Location great, apartment comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Sadly I would be reluctant to stay again as our ground floor room had a seating area right outside the windows. People were talking until 11.15 p.m. and when they finished there was considerable noise from the room above. Probably any other room would be much better but it's the luck of the draw as to which you get. For night owls, fine, but not us!

Photo of the room shown on Booking.com is misleading. We've got a room on the third (european, 4th American) floor with no elevator. Room had no window but a single skylight. Advertised refrigerator whas there, allright, but in the comunal kitchen in the basement, that would be four floors down. One regular european size fridge for entire building, 15 (or more) apartments.

My first visit to Vilnius of Lithuania

The apartment is just next to Vilnius City Hall Square. It is very convenient to explore the old town of Vilnius. The apartment is part of the St Casimir Church. It is clean and the room ceiling is high and bright. Check in is easy with the access code provided after you have filled up the registration form.

I am OK the room does not come with a dry kitchen.

Great choice for a centrally located room in Vilnius.

Perfect place for a short stay in Vilnius: Absolutely central location, very clean, quiet. Rather spacious apartment with decent furniture, the pictures are spot on. Very reasonable price! Extra thumbs up for the smooth (online) communication. I asked for less soft bedding in advance and a late check out and the crew made it possible without any problems or hesitation. Recommended!

All good! The TV only works with apps or as a streaming device but I didn't mind.

Clean room in the city centre

Clean, stylish room with a common kitchen in the city centre. The parking lot is available and we could leave the car for longer time.

Nothing much to say. There was some infiltration in the common area as it was a basement room, and the shower wasn't properly sealed, which led to minor water leaks.

Exceeded my expectations!

The location is perfect! It was easy to get to and it was easy to get into the property. Check in was swift. The property gave all the details promptly for easy access. It was very clean. Very boutique type. Attention to details was amazing! The robe and slippers were definitely pleasant and lovely surprise. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I had the best two night sleep after galavanting in Vilnius! Would highly recommend

Spotless rooms in the heart of the city!

The rooms are absolutely spotless; the location is fabulous! The staff is super friendly, kind, very responsive and beyond accommodating. They are always there for you via phone and always finding best solutions. You can use a washing machine on the -1 floor for free (a great bonus, especially when you travel during a super hot and sweaty summer). During my visit in Vilnius I actually stayed in two different rooms at this hotel (this was due to me extending my stay in town by 2 days a bit last minute, so I had to opt for a room which was available at the time). And I must say this was great because I had a chance to experience 2 different types of rooms at this hotel (Deluxe Queen and Deluxe King - also, the staff assisted me so that the room change could be as smooth and easy as possible). I must say I particularly love the rooms on the 3rd floor, with beautiful sunlight and very comfy beds (Deluxe King Room). Strongly recommended - especially when you visit during summer - as all the rooms have AC.
