I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was great — the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful, modern, and well designed, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and pleasant. I truly felt taken care of and would be happy to return again.

Decent for a short stay.

Clean, and modern looking. Didn't use the restaurant although looked very nice.

Loud hotel with thin walls. If you're a light sleeper this might be an issue. Lack of information upon check-in regarding breakfast times, internet etc. Shower was not warm which was a shame as we arrived during winter so would have been nice to warm up.

Affordable, comfortable accommodations for a short stay in Vilnius.

Location wasn't far from the Old Town or train station. Restaurant had good food. Front desk staff were amazing, especially Regvita. Very comfortable

Conti Hotel Vilnius: A cozy and convenient stay

I had a short but great stay at Conti Hotel Vilnius. The rooms are impressively spacious, cozy, and comfortable, with excellent toiletries, which was a nice touch. The location in Old Town Vilnius is convenient, making it ideal for exploring nearby attractions. It's also just a short walk from the bus station and a quick cab ride to the airport. The staff was professional and competent. Highly recommended.

It was livable but not enjoyable.

The location was pretty good - not right in the middle of the major sites of Old Town but very close. The breakfast was also ok - they had a decent mix.

The hotel had lost our booking when we arrived even though we had already paid and showed them our confirmation email. It took them 30 minutes to find it. When we got to the room, it was very old looking. The porcelain enamel in the bathtub /shower and in the sink was cracked, and you could see the core underneath. The mattress was also very uncomfortable; I could feel the springs. Finally, the air conditioning barely worked. The first day we got there it felt like it didn't work at all, but there were no rooms available. So, the next day, they said they would bring up a portable air conditioner. They never did, but it seemed to work barely when we got back. It's not clear if they tried to fix it or the room was just cooler because we kept the blackout blinds closed all day.

Spacious stay in Vilnius

Lovely hotel. Very quick taxi journey from Vilnius airport. Friendly staff. Nice interiors. Room was spacious. We were in a double deluxe. We had the sofa bed set up for our daughter and also a baby cot and we still had plenty of space for luggage, pram and to move about. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to see. Would recommend!

Great night's sleep

Our room had a very comfortable king bed with black out curtains. Perfect for the first nights in Europe after a long flight. The shower was powerful and hot. The bathroom has nice toiletries. The hotel was quiet, the road next to it is not super busy which is nice. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the Town hall Square and 15 min walk to cathedral Square. it's less touristy here which is kind of nice. it's also a 7 min walk to the market, hales turgus. The staff was also very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was expensive for what you get.

Comfy stay

Comfortable beds and black out curtains. Nice powerful shower with hot water and good toiletries. The hotel is pretty quiet, you can sleep really well here. The hotel is a 7 min walk from the Town hall and about 15 min from the cathedral square, 7 min from hales turgus.

Elegant and spotless

I loved everything about this elegant, newly renovated, hotel. Perfect location in the Old Town of Vilnius, with everything within walking distance. Beautiful, spacious, room with super comfortable beds, and big plus for the kettle and the coffee. Perfect cleaning. (Didn’t try the breakfast) Super friendly and helpful staff. Got the best, heartwarming welcome from the kindest guy, and he even helped me with an early check-in. I would love to stay here again!

No recommendation!

Drinks and Location

I cannot recommend this hotel. And this is due to the fact that guests are treated differently here and the staff apparently have no authorisation to act or ability to resolve situations. What happened? We booked two rooms for three nights. Next to one of the rooms was a suite that someone had apparently rented for excessive partying. Even on the first night, it was impossible to get any sleep. At first we tried to call reception on the phone in the room, but both phones in both rooms were dead. In the end, we got a receptionist to help us, who at least tried to ask for silence in the suite. It didn't help, even our direct request didn't help, in the end we had to sleep in one room because the second room was simply too loud. The following night, we asked for someone to deal with the tenant of the suite and ask them to be considerate and keep an eye on the volume. Our request was ignored. When we happened to meet some of the guests in the corridor in the evening and asked for consideration, we were insulted. Later that night (2.30am) it was unbearable. I knocked myself, was insulted and sent away with the Hitler salute (forbidden in Germany, but seems to be ok in Lithuania) and insulted. The new receptionist originally said to us: "Well, if the guests insult you, they'll do the same to me. In the end, he knocked on the door once, but that was it. We also had to sleep two to a room that night. So we paid for two rooms and could only use one room for at least two nights. It was not possible for the hotel staff to accommodate us in any way. No offer of another room, no cost reduction, nothing. An email to the management remained unanswered until Sunday because it was not a working day. On the day of departure, a pitiful attempt was made to offset our costs with breakfast. Apart from that, we just shrugged our shoulders. These suite guests were rude and insulting and really spoilt our stay.

Staying here for the second time

We stayed here last year and decided to return—no regrets! We’ll probably come back again. :) The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was on the third floor, near the elevator, but we didn’t hear any noise. The bed was spacious and extremely comfortable. We also loved the fast charging stations behind the bed—very convenient! The breakfast was great. During our stay, we enjoyed three different breakfast options, so there was plenty of variety to choose from. The hotel's location is great as well. You can walk from the bus or train station in about 10 minutes. It takes around 15-20 minutes to walk to the city center or Old Town, depending on how fast you walk and your destination.

Excelent!

Everything was exceptional! The hotel is very beautiful, tastefully decorated and thinking about the client's comfort. They don't use luxurious things but they thought of even the smallest detail so that the client feels comfortable. I loved that the soaps and hand creams have an exquisite smell. The staff is attentive. The hotel facilities are nice. And although the hotel is not in the entire historic center, it is not far away walking. It's close to the station. I would recommend it 100%.

Excellent Modern Hotel in Great Location and AMAZINGGG Breakfast!!

Hotel was excellent overall. Modern, beautiful, spacious. Bathroom, bed, room was great. Service was wonderful, and Breakfast was absolutely amazing. One of the best breakfast and overall experience I've had in a long time. Especially at a very reasonable pricepoint. Will definitely book again in the future.

Very nice hotel located in Vilnius city center, perfect for exploring the city. The staff was super friendly and helpful, really adding up to the pleasant stay. The room was spacious, very clean and had everything you might need. Strongly recommended!

Warm hospitality and comfortable stay

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming setting as soon as I came in. The atmosphere was pleasant, laying the groundwork for a relaxing stay. My room was comfortable and well-designed, decorated with pleasant colours and kept flawlessly clean. I complimented the receptionists on their exceptional service; their professionalism and attention were impressive. They effectively handled all of my concerns, assuring my complete comfort and satisfaction.

Will not back

I was in this hotel in the spring and love it. That’s why booked again. But second time I was upset: I paid the rate with breakfast , they didn’t provide it and also complain on me that I ate the breakfast and didn’t pay! What was a lie. I came to breakfast area and left it. Also I left the charger in the room, but of course they didn’t find as our quarrel of breakfast. In the room the sink was with a crack. The kettle was dirty. I could close my eyes, but as the team didn’t behave nice to me, i write truly as it was. Pictures attacked. Very pity, they just opened.

Our receptionist on arrival was superb and gave us a detailed route to take to enjoy the city. Black out blinds helped us sleep until midday. Lovely decor.

It’s clean, but has construction outside and poor customer service

Nice and clean

The staff gave the worst customer service after we were woken up each morning by construction that literally shook our room. Their response was “oh no one told you?” And “thanks for the feedback” rather than any real customer service initiative. There are plenty of good hotels in Vilnius so would avoid this one.
