Fine for a weekend getaway, sauna is highlight in cold weather

Room was large, breakfast was good. Sauna was great.

Hotel and room is quite outdated. There are some renovation works going on but only at the reception I am afraid. Water in the pool is cold (not heated), but what I am afraid of that it is not even filtered properly. There is no water flow and there are visible green/yellow stains in the pool.

Outdated hotel and hidden fees

The only positive aspects of our stay were the warm rooms and the good quality of the breakfast.

The hotel itself feels both morally and physically outdated. Renovation works were taking place in the lobby at the time of our arrival, which immediately created a poor first impression. One of our rooms did not have a minibar, and the floor was clearly not clean. The bathroom interior was very old-fashioned and looked like it had not been updated since the early 2000s. The swimming pool was extremely cold and practically unusable. Upon arrival, I paid for my reservation in full and asked where to park my car. I also provided my vehicle registration number during check-in. At no point was I informed that parking would cost an additional EUR 10 per day. This information is also missing from the Booking.com hotel description, which I find misleading.

Not enough space during breakfast, it’s only three hours when you can eat breakfast. Maybe the restaurant can be open earlier.

Pleasant stay, very practical for a nearby event.

The hotel is located very close to the river, old town, airport bus (3G) station and other hotels hosting major events. A great shopping mall with lots of food options is also nearby. Breakfast has good selection of warm and cold options. The room (417) was quiet, wifi works well. Bathroom is huge. The staff is kind and helpful.

Machine coffee is nothing special for breakfast, the elevators are tiny, and the ceiling is quite low. The interior of the room (furniture, carpet) is a bit worn. Personally I do not like the "pets allowed" policy, meeting random dogs on the corridor.

All the night till 5 in the morning there was a terrible noise from the night club or pub in the ground floor.

Generously: really friendly staff. Location super good.

The breakfast can be better... Too much the same. More various suggestions could be better. For example: more change in warm food. That was three mor ings the same. For fresh fruits: possible too give watermelon, or other melons other days. More change at breakfast would make every morning different en happier.

Noise at night. 2 first nights where a lot of music that we heard. What made some problems to fall into sleep.

Great wifi good breakfast comfy rooms separate large bath and cubicle shower one english language news programme on tv late check out (12 noon) ...public transport was dfew and far between but Bolt taxis were everywhere and as I had used them in the past used them in Vilnius....as usual great value for money.... download the app you know it makes sense lol...

Very nice Hotel for the money paid with really good breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Vilnius during our family trip. The rooms were neat, clean, and impressively spacious. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious and healthy options that suited everyone's taste. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the city. A special mention to the friendly and helpful staff at the reception—they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for families!

Good value hotel.

The hotel is in a handy location for various bus routes throughout the city. Breakfast is good if a little the same choices every day. The bed and room are fine and clean so no complaints. Europa shopping complex nearby for food outlets.

The only thing that disappoints a little are the weekend Sat and Sunday opening times for breakfast rises to 8 a.m. instead of 7 a.m.

Good hotel in Vilnius - Šnipiškės district

The hotel is in good location near 2 shopping malls, Cup & Europa. Clean room with comfortable bed. The bathroom is old but well maintained. It’s got a bathtub, a separate shower, heated towel rack and big mirror. The staff at the reception did an amazing job. From the guy when we checked in, to the lady at the end when we checked out. It’s a big plus that they have a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Breakfast buffet is good. They have the basics and a waffle machine.

Old place without an AC, felt scammed

The room was spacious enough and the location was ok. I didn't mind that the place was quite old-fashioned and it could need bit of an update.

THERE IS NOT A WORKING AC ON EVERY ROOM!! We found that out on the first evening on Saturday and the receptionist told that it would be fixed on Monday. She also told that the problem was on every room but when we asked about it from another customer we found out that some rooms did have a working ac. They didn't fix the problem on Monday either. Maybe this would have not bothered us if it wouldn't have been about 28 degrees outside the whole time we were in Vilnius. We kept the windows open, which didn't help at all. At night the room temperature was 27 degrees, and the only solution we were offered was a fan. We barely slept at all during the three nights we stayed due to the heat. I don't easily complain about things but this ruined our stay. To be honest, this hotel felt like a scam-operation. All of the appliances are old, most of them not working. Minifridge was broken as well. I don't believe for a second, that the ac has just broken down and they are trying to fix it. They simply don't care, happy to take your money. I feel like the staff wasn't sorry enough about this and their attitude was indifferent. The breakfast was only ok-ish.

We arrived at 13:59 and were told we were 1 minute early to check in. The location is right next to a bar and a nightclub. One night I was kept up all night with people outside smoking and drinking.

Bad hotel in a good location

The breakfast was not bad, although it is not suitable for a 4-star hotel. All three days everything was the same, without change

First of all, this is not a 4 star hotel! There is no free transfer from the airport, although it is written in the description. The bathroom faucet is damaged. One morning there was only hot water and no cooling. The reaction of the hotel staff was not adequate. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel! I love Lithuania very much!

Great location

The location was spot on. Breakfast was good too. Air conditioning was great as was extremely hot outside. Clean towels and bedding.

Spiders in my room

The bed was comfortable. The bus stop to the airport is in a couple minutes walk from the hotel. The dimensions of the room was fine.

In my room there were spiders, one of them was big enough to make my stay there uncomfortable. Spiders were also outside the windows. The furniture of the hotel is a bit old style. A bit noisy due to the parking in front of the rooms. When I get there there was also a spider killed on the wall and nobody did remove it.

One of the best Hotels of our Month Trip

Everything was perfect in this Hotel. The Staff was very friendly giving us all tips to discover the city and giving some opinions on atractions. Breakfast was gorgeous and rich, several kind of bread, great choice of cheese and gelly, eggs and bacon, yougourts, coffee, tea, chocolate. Excellent value for money.

I liked everything, the stay was great

everything was very good, I stayed on the 7th floor, I had a very nice room and there was also a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower cabin

Everything is fine, except for the women who work in the breakfast area, there are two young girls and two older ones working there, the young ones serve with a smile and so on, but the two older ones walk around frowning all the time, they are not satisfied with something, to tell the truth, I think they spoil the breakfast for all the customers.
