Very good location, very kind and welcoming staff, nice and comfortable room, coffee machine available in the room for personal use. Great brekfast. I was offered a room upgrade for a symbolic extra payment. I also received a free drink vaucher.

room was big and in the upper floor so the view is nice, and the breakfast is really good you have a lot of choices,
aircondition is controlled you cannot put the temperature to below 20˚C ….

The reception on arrival was great. Beautiful Hotel, very clean, in a perfect location near well known landmarks.
It would have been amazing if the property had a swimming pool.

Staff were professional and friendly. They were helpful and communicative. Room service was consistent and came by to restock towels each day.
Room was clearly dirty upon arrival. Toilet had stains like it hadn’t been cleaned, sink in bathroom was clogged with junk and wouldn’t drain, and there was a cheap, broken lamp falling apart in the bedroom with pieces of lamp sitting on the floor upon entering, like it had fallen from the ceiling. Beds were fine, not great. Bathroom cleanliness was really the main concern.
