Wow, it’s bad

The negatives were so horrible, i can’t even remember the positives.

The staff is extremely rude. We tried ordering room service, which they state you can do between 11:00-22:00. There was no answer for an hour. We called reception to ask about this. They said they will check and get back to us. They didn’t. Then the reception did not pick up either. They just straight up don’t answer phones. At some point, someone at room service picked up. He said room service is not available. I asked why. He said it’s not available with an annoyed tone. I asked when it will be available. He said you can go to the restaurant with a very rude, annoyed, impatient tone. I said it says that i can order until 22:00, why can’t we order (it was maybe 20:00). They, again, raised their voice and said IF 👏YOU👏 WANT 👏TO 👏EAT 👏GO 👏TO👏THE👏RESTAURANT👏. It is hard to describe the tone this person used but trust me, it was that yelling while slowly spelling it out, “are you an idiot” tone. It was wild. I couldn’t believe it. I was given no explanation or apologies for why room service turned out to be fake at this hotel. Went down to the reception to talk about this. Told them what happened, she said hmm that’s not good. No apologies, nothing. We never got a follow up on this for the rest of our stay. Also, when we first arrived we asked extensive questions about parking and we parked in the underground garage based on their recommendation. They said it would be 15 euros. At the end, we were charged about a 100 euros on the parking app and we had to pay this. The whole place is a scam. Quite possibly the worst hotel i stayed in. Everyone is very rude and dismissive. Especially the men.

Would return for the city views

Convenient location, next to city centre and small shopping centres. Easy to access all Vilnius places. Staff were very helpful, polite. Especially receptionists and housekeepers

No carpet inside the room, floor looked not cosy. Cold due to AC that wasn’t possible to switch off. Breakfast was limited, not any extra food (all standard products). I stayed in simpler hotels in Vilnius and selection was more varied.

Wonderful hotel near Old Town Vilnius.

A very nice and very clean room. We had a room on the 21st floor with a wonderful view over Vilnius City. This room was clean and had a very high standard.

The breakfast buffet is very nice, but some change in the menu day to day is recommended. We had 3 mornings at the buffet and there was no change in the food available. And maybe install two toaster more instead of just one.

Lovely stay me and my son stayed for 2 nights perfect stay . In a grate location would defiantly stay again Also meet the Lithuanian basketball team witch was grate .

Perfect place to stay

Room was not too spacious, but for one person was big enough. The view on Neris and the Old Town was fabulous. Breakfast (for additional fee) – buffet style, was good enough for. Including omelets, fish, vegies, juices and beverages. Lobby bar with good coffee and drinks. Very popular Skybar on 22st floor – good place to meet with friends. Panoramic view is incredible. And of course, a small, almost hidden gem – a small Italian restaurant on the main floor. Delicious .

It’s far from old town cost me about 5 to 7 Euro to take taxi from the old town.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel at large is the same. The staff are lovely and accommodating. Breakfast is nice.

The wellness area feels lacking and I think a pool would be a nice addition.

Room services poor

SAUNA AND GIM

No water for all family in the room at arrival, only 2. Only 1 pair of home shoes (i spect at least 2) No soap any day. Any bathrobe. I have been several times in radisson hotels and these kind of services were very poor this time.

One of the best hotels in Vilnius with a 24/7 reception

Well, great standard level of the great chain of Radisson. I would expect this service for such a price. The breakfast is normal, nothing special or amazing. I am afraid there are not so many alternatives in the city for people, who get used to the western hotel standards.

I think it was definitely my best experience at the hotels so far. The room was spacious, clean and absolutely cozy! The view from the room was literally amazing! Unfortunately, I was staying only for one night after a long flight, but it was so silent and convenient at the room that helped me just relax and recharge my inner batteries :) The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Room as great size. View of the old town was amazing couldn't ask for better. Sky bar has great evening views. Staff were friendly and nice. Overall great experience

A Decent Raddison.

I have stayed here dozens of times over the years. A good well run hotel.

Nothing to put me off returning. Seems alot of new reception staff. One or two seem to not want to be there, although we all have off days. I was unable to get a answer from reception on the phone from room , seems short of staff at periods. The downstairs bar shuts early at 11pm.. would be nice to have it open till at least midnight or 1am. Lots of people check in from late flights at around 11.30pm.

Exceptional

Big, nice and neat room. Sauna and jacuzzi included. Very kind and helpful staff and over all fantastic hotel.

The shower was not cleaned enough. Dusty some places and dirt.
