Exceeded our expectations

We really enjoyed our stay. The room felt incredibly cosy, and we loved being able to control the temperature exactly how we liked it — it made such a difference to the sleeping comfort. The bed was perfect with crisp, clean linens and wonderfully comfortable pillows. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel at home. Overall, a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

A perfect, comfortable stay that made us feel instantly relaxed and well taken care of.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vilnius. We arrived exhausted after a long flight, so the 24-hour check-in and unexpected upgrade to a bigger room were truly appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. Loved having robes and bath shoes waiting for us too — such a nice touch. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant experience!

The help desk Mrs Rasa was very Helpful.

I have requested in advance to have a heating in the bathroom floor and it was not on and the help desk could not help to solve it due to late hours.Will be cautious again next time. The room conditioner also was very loud - we had to switch it off, as to sleep in silence.

Luxury

Hilton quality, amazing value for money, basically perfect. I highly recommend adding the breakfast... and working up an appetite. The staff were lovely, most especially Fuad at reception and Nelly of the breakfast team.

All the pillows were terribly soft, I eventually asked at some absurd hour and they brought me firmer ones. And my room had the kind of windows that don't open, I think in some rooms they do though.

Good hotel but not sustainable

Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and competent staff. Silent, rather big room and beautiful bathroom.

The hotel was not sustainable: a "Beef Room" in the morning restaurant, which incites people to eat meat also in the morning. And only a very thick duvet available for the bed, suitable for an indoor temperature of less than 15 degrees. I asked for a normal blanket. It was not available. So people have to sleep with the thick duvet and use air conditioning to keep the temperature down. The window could not open.

The room was well designed and equipped. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good.

I am rather hard to please for beds. I find most hotel beds a little hard. This was no exception. The view from the bedroom window is a blank wall. That was a little disappointing for a hotel that calls itself 'Garden Inn.' There is an atrium in the centre of the building, but even if some of the rooms overlook it, it makes poor use of the opportunity of having an indoor garden.

No proper management of overbooking, bad communication, no respect to the guests

I had a late check in, at 1.30 a.m. When I have arrived to the hotel they have informed me that they are booked out and they have no room for me. They have booked the payment from my credit card 2 days before the arrival! They offered for me a very bad alternative hotel, which was twice cheaper. It was an absolute DEGRADE, instead of offering an upgrade. I could not sleep at all on the uncomfortable bad of the alternative hotel. I arrived to Vilnius only for one important business meeting and this treatment by Hilton affected my performance next day. Overbooking can happen, but 1.30 a.m. upon arrival is not a proper time to inform a client about it. Bad communication and no respect to me as a hotel guest. I will by no means consider booking this hotel in the future.

Great place to stay! We will stay there again

Laundry! Location. They have their own parking. There is a retail store in the basement of the building. The staff is really amazing and friendly.

a) Breakfast could use some fine-tuning. It was OK, but not great. The selection of food was amazing, but the overall taste was meh. b) mattresses were too firm (but we understand it is a matter of preference). c) ventilation in some rooms needs adjusting and may not work properly

Quiet and comfortable hotel with a wonderful breakfast

Wonderful breakfast with lots to chose from. Quite and comfortable room with an easily operated climate control. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Supermarket in the basement.

The pillows was a little to soft for our liking. It would have been nice if one of the two pillows was firmer.

Great hotel in really good location. The breakfast was amazing!!! Portions in the restaurant are well sized and the food is very tasty. I love the size of the hotel and the fact it has underground multi story parking. 2 lifts make it quick to move around the hotel. Staff is super friendly

The gym seems to be really small - could fit probably up to 4 people. What surprised me is the fact that I had to pay for the parking I understand its available for public but in my personal opinion guests shouldn't have to pay. Depending on your room there is some lighting outside that could be disturbing but as soon as you close the blinds its all good.
