Facilities, location, stuff. Nice big rooms, modern interior . Central location but still inside.

All was good. Just maybe the gym equipment could be a bit more. On the other hand there is a big gym 1 min away.

Recommended stay!

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly; particularly the front desk/Reception staff. The hotel was clean and had really good facilities. I ate in the restaurant and would also compliment the food; it was delicious.

Gym opening hours and also breakfast opening hours. Would like the gym to have been 24/7 as the 7am - 10pm schedule didn't work well for me. Breakfast starting at 6:30am would have also been preferable - Minor points of feedback - Would definitely stay here again.

smell in the hotel is horrible - its like staying in a very old house, a lot of overused furniture, horrible coffee machines on breakfast, no fridge in the room - you have minibar that cannot cool drinks, haha, you cannot control AC properly from the room, it was ridiculous , water is provided only upon arrival, bootle of water from the hotel is 5 euro, cmon

The location was great. The staff were very attentive. And the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the bathroom door which was extremely heavy. (A number of hotels in central and eastern Europe have heavy bathroom doors.)

central hotel , clean comfortable room

Barman serving us was interrupted by another customer and left our drinks half poured to sort out someone's bill. Reception staff checking us in also interrupted by another resident, and left us half checked in to deal with their query.

Beautiful stay right in the heart of Vilnius

The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated, and well equipped to welcome guests. We stayed there for 4 nights and had a really good time. The check in and check out were flawless even though we had to go at odd hours and the staff were very sweet. The bar downstairs was amazing

There was no fridge in room, only fridge in room kept things at room temperature. We had purchased fresh milk and other snack items requiring refrigeration, found they had spoiled and had to discard.

One the best stays in Vilnius

Great location at the heart of Vilnius's most prominent street Gedimino pr. The hotel is well-equipped with sophisticated facilities, modern, spacious and clean rooms. I was glad to see the staff go above and beyond to ensure that their guests' stay is as convenient as can be. Breakfast was rich and ful of variety suiting all tastes and interests. Simply a lovely place to be! Highly recommend

Lithuanian History and Hospitality in the Neringa Hotel

Neringa Hotel is centrally located in the Old Town of Vilnius, close to several museums, historic sites, and is also fairly close to the train station, bus station, and airport. I really liked that this historic hotel continues to offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner inside the historic Cafe Neringa and that the lobby bar is open late, offering a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The breakfast at this hotel offers several locally made Lithuanian food-products and the service is top notch. I also liked that the hotel has a business center at which it is possible to access and print documents during one's stay.

No complaints - the hotel was recently renovated a few years ago, yet it continues to retain all of the historic charm and stellar hospitality that Neringa Hotel is well known for. I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend this charming and historic hotel.

Luxurious stay with kind and very helpful staff.

The location is near perfect situated in walking distance to everything within Old Town. The street it lies on is full of life, and sitting at the sidewalk café enjoying a cold beer or soda is wonderful. Everything was nice and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Vilnius turned out to be a very nice surprise, as I knew nothing about the city. The people seem very chill and laid-back.

The breakfast buffet could probably be run more efficient. To be fair it was the same weekend as Rammstein was playing their rehearsal gig and a few days before their main show, so have in mind that the whole city was fully booked and filled to the brim with fans from all over. The food tasted good.
