The location is very central in the city, the room was very comfortable and clean and all the products available, like hair conditioner, body lotion, slippers, etc, were very good. The breakfast was also quite varied and complete. Check-in and check-out processes were very quick and simple.
Some of the food in the breakfast was too fatty. Also, the robes provided in the bedroom were a bit torn. Neverthless, the stay was great!

Check in was very smooth and easy and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
I could not use the air conditioning as it seems guest are unable to change the settings, the room was very hot so I had to turn off the radiator which was still then too hot so I opened the window but then it was too cold as the window only opens full or closed fully no in between.
There was hair in my shower and the bedding wasn’t the most clean.
I was on the 4th floor and the lift was out of use.
