Room was a good size, nice coffee machine.

Room was dirty when arrived. Heating was not working and the shower drain was blocked. Caused discomfort and the solution of the host was not as expected.

Wide, modern apartments with 3 separate bedrooms. All instructions and information were online, everything with respect to check-in, parking, and check-out was clear. Parking is available for extra payment.

There is not clear information on availability of kitchen. We did no find one in our large 3-bedroom apartment. When we booked the apartments, in general information and photos it was mentioned as available. Only after return, reading the description of specified apartments, we recognised its non-availability. The information on availability of kitchen in apartments should be clarified, as we were not the only ones mentioning this problem in the reviews.

The check in procedure requires addition site which takes personal details which is not required in general, credit card was taken couple of times too, passports ids etc. Which isnt safe at all. Everything was bad and everything wasnt as expected. Not stayed in property.

The property is very clean with amazing showers. I had to reach out to customer service a few times and they were very nice to deal with.

It’s not the property, but the listing that’s misleading. The listing is for multiple different properties, some of which are apparently regular apartments with all the amenities, such as kitchen and living room; while others, such as the one that we got, much to our surprise, only had the bathrooms & the toilets. No kitchen and no living room. To actually see what you’re getting, you need to find the details, which are buried in the listing. I didn’t see them when I made the booking and it took me a good 5 mins of digging through the listing when I was already in the booked apartment to see that I in fact did not book a place w a kitchen and a living room…..

Worst experience in my life

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel seems to have a constant presence of sex workers, which the management is fully aware of and allows without any security measures. I had to change rooms twice in different buildings, and at all times women would open the door of my room in lingerie, with sexual noises continuing throughout the night. When I complained and asked if this was legal, the staff tried to turn the situation around, questioning my integrity and insinuating things about me. One night, the elevator stopped in the middle of the night, and there was no way to access the apartment via stairs. Support is automated and does not respond quickly. I strongly suspect that this hotel may be involved in some prostitution-related activities.

Awesome weekend out with friends!

- Clean rooms with comfortable beds - close enough to the old town (20-30 minutes nice walk) - Getting inside with a code was nice with a group of 8 people - we didn't have to share 1 key, everyone could just easily get in when they needed to - Staff was easy to contact and always tried to help - very good and cheap pizza place nearby!! Highly recommend checking out Submarine

Convenient stay in new apartment building

Despite knowing that room has not kitchenette we picked this place because of location (it was extremely convenient for us). Communication using whatsapp was very smooth and it took no time to get answer to my questions. Very clean.

Superior family room is a bit misleading name, because there were no table in the room and only one chair. Windows face southwest, so it can get pretty hot inside during warm summer afternoons (no air conditioning). A bit noisy from the street nearby.

Three separate bedrooms

There was a transfer from the airport to the apartement included in the price. The location is good, its the edge of the old city, with an easy access to everywhere you would like to visit. The building and the apartement is modern. Access to the flat was "app"-based, 100% electronic and keyless, the communication was easy via Whatsapp. There were three separate bedrooms, but NO KITCHEN (i.e. no stove, microwave, big fridge). There were mini-fridges, dulce gusto coffee machines in every room. There were also two bathrooms. Everything was cosy and clean.

Although there was no kitchen (and that was known in advance, so no worries), there could have been a dining table in the biggest room.

Easy check-in, very simple and quick. Very spacious room and bathroom! Next to the appartment is a busstop that takes you to the city center in a couple of minutes but a lot of places are easy to walk to as well. The place was clean. I had a great stay in Vilnius!

Complicated

The owners have a separate app for verifying personal data and staying, and it's the most confusing, albeit beautiful, app I've ever used to check-in. The pages with instructions are looped, you have to go to different tabs for the same question. And what's not obvious..... is that these are not separate apartments, these are rooms with a shared toilet and shower. And there was a spider in the bed.
