J14A I Rooms & Apartments AUTOMATED SELF CHECK-IN

My 3rd time in J14A, and this time I enjoyed it even more. The room was smaller than previous times, but with a garden view, so my stay was more calm and relaxing. Hope to come back again soon!

Everything was good!

It is very cozy and clean.. You are also provided with toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and slippers) +Easy check in if you are arriving late.

My 2nd time staying at J14A and I enjoyed every moment. I really like the location, the new building, the largeness and the design of the room, comfortable bed, special goodies and extras (like cookies at the coffee station, bathtub besides shower and quality bodycare cosmetics). Thank you! ❤️

For the next visit I decided to book the room with the garden, because of the car noise (when the windows are open).

Staff: The cleaning staff was very friendly and welcoming. Convenience: The self check-in and check-out process was very smooth and convenient. Location: The location of the property is great.

Our experience at this property was highly frustrating, primarily due to the property's unprofessional customer service and lack of flexibility. Our stay was originally planned around having a kitchen. Due to a booking mix-up, our room did not include one. We immediately reached out to request a refund so we could book an appropriate place. Even though Booking.com support suggested a partial refund, the property completely refused to work with us, citing their non-refundable policy and the busy season. We were effectively stuck paying for a room that didn't meet our needs. While they did offer an upgrade to a slightly larger double room, it still lacked a kitchen, so we declined it. When communicating with the property's support via WhatsApp, the representative was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of showing understanding, we were met with defensive remarks, complaints about their own cleaning costs, and bragging about how expensive their mattresses were (which, unfortunately, were actually very uncomfortable to sleep on). Beyond the service, the property itself fell short: Cleanliness: The room wasn't the cleanest upon arrival. The green decorative pillows had noticeable stains. Maintenance: We had to specifically request that they take out the trash and deal with a fly problem in the room. Check-in Process: The property uses a third-party app for ID/passport verification which is not user-friendly. The checkout instructions were also unclear. We ultimately had to handle our ID confirmation manually over WhatsApp. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor communication made for a very stressful stay. We will not be returning.
