Beautiful and exquisite place in the heart of the old town

Perfect place in a perfect location. I liked everything in the hotel. The rooms are huge, everything is sparkling clean, the design is unique and the service is great. The breakfast is very tasty and in a beautiful venue. There is also a beautiful winter garden and a leisure room with billiard, board games and book - it was a nice surprise.

The double bed was actually 2 single beds connected together, and the matrasses were too hard for me.

This hotel I just wonderful. The staff was amazing. The two restaurants are both top notch our room was impeccably furnished, spacious, clean, and quiet. The location in Vilnius Old Town was the best for food & Shopping

Placed in sofa for hours

We liked all, the room was amazing and personal very friendly.

We ordered to be in the main resturante for our new years dinner. But we were placed in a sofa over in a corner. It was a bad expirence to sit so many hours in a sofa eating. No support for arms or back.. my back was hurting when we left.. crab to be seated like that in such a resturante..

Service from the team was exceptional, location could not have been better, breakfast was excellent, very comfrotable room and overall very cosy atmosphere throughout the hotel

The bathroom was beautiful, but there was nowhere where to hang the shower head(room 30) Coffee machine was a bit fiddly and didn't work first time only dripping the coffee, but I called the concierge and they came in two minutes to sort it out

Excellent hotel but a lot of noise from hosting external events.

Perfect Location, The breakfast is amazing. The service and the spa (private by reservation). The hotel is beautiful and all the facilities are of an excellent standard.

The hotel hosted outside events every day until 12:00pm and there was a lot of noise and it was impossible to sleep. When we complained in the evenings we were told there was nothing we could do. If you book at this hotel you will need a room not near the event lobby (a must!!!).

The reception staff was unhelpful with our requests. We kindly asked three times for an early check-in, as we had been traveling since 4 a.m., but we were checked in two hours later than our requested time. Later, we requested a massage at 5:30 p.m. and were initially told it was possible, but the next day, we were informed that the only available time was 5 p.m. Although the masseur was excellent, the massage room itself was disappointing. It was not soundproof, so we could clearly hear noise from the pool and bar, and the lights remained on throughout the session, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Stikliai is a truly magical hotel with a unique atmosphere

Stikliai is much more than just a hotel – it’s an experience. The atmosphere is truly special, created by its unique character and the wonderful staff. For me and my wife, Stikliai holds a very special place in our hearts, as we celebrated our wedding here one year ago. We couldn’t have imagined a better setting for such an important moment in our lives, and every time we return, it feels just as magical.

The breakfast service could be a bit more attentive. For example, when we ordered coffee, only one cup was brought for two people (although the second one was provided quickly after asking). Also, when ordering from the menu, after finishing the first dish our plates and cutlery were cleared away, but no new cutlery was given with the waffles that followed. We solved it by taking some from another table, but this is an area that could be improved to meet the standards of a luxury 5-star hotel.

Excellent cozy historical charming hotel in the center of Vilna.

Fantastic location in the center of town. Quaint and charming hotel with historic vibe. The glassmakers on the door handle are such a cute touch. Very clean. Comfortable and quiet rooms with all amenities. Great breakfast buffet with excellent service. The gym was reasonably large with reasonable equipment.

There were a few minor things, which one can easily skip, but i will mention because this is a 5-star hotel that prominently brags about the celebrities and heads of state it hosted. The safe in the room did not work when we arrived; we had to ask for help at reception, and they insisted on fixing it as we were heading out (rather than later when we return), making us late. The door to the bathroom needed oiling :) The coffee in the room was powdered coffee rather than nespresso. Finally, some things were a bit unsafe: the cleaners do not put “slippery” signs when they mop. and I saw a server almost fall by slipping on a wet floor one morning. Some steps are not marked and are dark — I almost fell on one. And the elevator door slammed in my husband’s knee as we was maneuvering the suitcases into it when we left. Otherwise, no complaints: 4.8 stars overall.

The most elegant stay you can find in Vilnius

The most classy and refined hotel in Lithuania. Staff is beyond gracious and attentive to the smallest details. Breakfast is fine dining level with a lot of Lithuanian specialities at their best (seasonal, fresh, in a beautiful dining area or terrace in Summer). Very quiet while in the middle of old town, very elegant and authentic. Always pleasure to stay and extremely good value for money as it provides world class service and very spacious rooms with great French accents. Lobby staff is exceptional.

Beautiful Property and the staff were amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and able to check in early. The front desk helped us navigate the area with recommendations. The property is well laid out with many spaces to relax. We were able to play a solid game of billiards. The room was clean and comfortable. There is an inside and outside garden space. Breakfast had buffet and menu items. The property is centrally located to everything. It was a great time and a great boutique hotel. We will be back!

Sleepless in Vilnius

The location was great, and the breakfast offer was good.

This was our 3rd 5star hotel in the Baltic states. We expected to be able to sleep in peace and comfort. We arrived in the evening and were given a room above a glass domed courtyard. There was a birthday party with live music in full swing. The enclosed courtyard was like an echo chamber. So loud it hit you like a wave when you opened the door. We were told it was only going to last another hour - it finished at midnight. The second night was the same - a wedding party, no music just lots of people talking and drinking. When we complained they said, "they are just talking". By 10pm we were pretty angry. We asked to change rooms and they found us one - in another part of the hotel, very quiet. In our view they should not have given rooms above the courtyard to guests not attending the party. They did provide a half bottle of champagne by way of compensation - but it's not what one should expect from a 5star hotel. The room facilities were pretty meagre - no coffee machine, just a plastic kettle and a couple of sachets of instant coffee. No turndown service.

Old school vibe, very spacious, very comfy beds

No parking available in a 5 star hotel? Really? My room was entered twice without any permission or notice. First time a lady came randomly at 5pm and after knocking for 3 times and not hearing the word "busy", she let her self in:) second time in the morning a cleaning lady entered WITHOUT even knocking, i was fully naked and shocked by such behavior in a five star hotel. Breakfast is 27 euro per person and is TOTALLY not worth such a price

Our room was lovely with seating area and great bathroom. Hotel was in the old town and walkable to everything. Breakfast area and garden were lovely too. Sauna and pool excellent.

Get into the vibe of historic Vilnius with this beautiful hotel

A beautiful hotel set right in the heart of Vilnius old town. The room was compact and comfortable. Breakfast included a wide selection and on my birthday they surprised me with a cake and candle. The private swimming pool and sauna were a "wow" and the pool table was great. The doorman was exceptionally accomodating.

The desk staff could have been friendlier at check in. They did not volunteer information about the hotel or make any suggestions about where to go. Also the room was not dark enough.
