    Stayed here with my fourteen year old daughter and my fiance. The first night that we stay , we told them that the toilet was acting up. When both my fiance and I got back to the hotel from work. We both took showers. At 2am the guy from the front desk is pounding on my door. He is saying that there is water running from our bathroom into the room below. He wants 2 come n and says that we have to not use the water. My fiance tells him that there is no water running , and that our daughter is sleeping and they can come back in the morning. The next day, our toilet will not flush and we get told we cannot use the water in our bathroom. So all day long we have to go down to the lobby if we have to use the restroom. We couldn't shower. They did not send the plumber at all again. And they told us they could not move us rooms , because they were booked completely. I think it's absolutely crazy.The amount of money that we spent 4 2 day at a place, and got treated like this. The guy that works late night at the front desk is absolutely rude. And when I asked if I could speak with a manager about the situation , I was told that he wasn't on site and handed his card with his email address on it. Which I have emailed him and still got no response.

    What a nightmare, room next to us celebrating birthday with a boom box at 12 am , called reception twice but he couldn't do anything.., booked non smoking room but gess what it feels like sitting in a smoke bar.
