The place is one of the very few wonderful ones i’ve stayed at. It is located perfectly, in the old city. We took the room with the balcony and we enjoyed the view. The shared space is very nice, the ceiling made of stones also very nice. The communication with the hosts was great and we really apreciate their hospitality. i hope i will come back sometimes in the summer.

Simona the host was amazing. Great communication before our arrival and very kind in showing us the bnb and all opportunities that Matera offers, good tips for restaurants and attractions.
The location is great and very accessible, just few steps into the Sasso Barisano with a lovely terrace.
The furniture of the room and the common areas need a refresh, beds are not as comfortable as the price you pay for.
Breakfast is not served in the bnb (which is a shame because the terrace would be the best spot in town for that) and they send you to the pizzeria where they provide a very poor meal.
