Authentic cave accommodation with vintage and artistic flair. Great location. The place looks like a comfortable home. Its well equipped. Very flexible breakfast arrangement. Tudor is a really great host and is always available to pick up, to even book great dinner places. He took personal care of us.
Would have given a 10, but the bathroom needs some renovation

Fabulous location and host was very friendly! Tudor's food recommendation was impeccable and we had one of our best meals in Matera there. Tudor has also a very friendly white Labrador that comes round with him each morning,
The place is somewhat dated, and in need for a refresh, mainly in the toilet where the tap seems to be dripping. As it is a cave, the floors can be quite cold so do bring your own bedroom slippers

Everything. Tudor was a very pleasant host and we enjoyed talking about history of the area. Very spacious first floor of the house to yourself - what an amazing experience staying at the cave house. The location was probably the best thing about this house - many people stopped by at the main gate to take photos of the cathedral at the top as a perfect background. Thank you Tudor for a wonderful stay.
