Fabulous location right in the heart of the Sassi. Very helpful staff. Great sized comfortable rooms and good buffet breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

The building was beautiful in the breakfast area was very nice
We stayed on the main floor room number 18 It is a key style room with no windows We wished it was more airy because the hotel itself was very beautiful

The staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. Truly great staff. Our cave room was spacious and comfortable. The location is very good. Recommendations from 5he staff were spot on. The only drawback was the size of the shower - small in a large bathroom. Someone made a bad decision there.
