Ottima posizione. Staff molto cordiale. Comoda la navetta dal parcheggio all’hotel. Bellissima sala colazione e buona qualità dei prodotti offerti. Molto bella la suite con la piscina in camera nella grotta.
Purtroppo dal bagno proveniva seppur saltuariamente un cattivo odore.

Struttura davvero affascinante, la camera dotata di ogni confort e staff attento e competente. Il servizio parcheggio compreso di transfert molto comodo anche se credo che il prezzo sia leggermente spropositato, nemmeno in costiera amalfitana ho pagato tanto. Ovviamente se dovessi tornare a Matera lo sceglierei nuovamente.

Tutto. Accoglienza ottima. Location spettacolare, hotel scavato nella roccia! Ristorante ottimo ha tutte le condizioni per diventare stellato! Ottima anche la colazione. Spa fantastica. Camera bellissima con vista su tutta Matera! Esperienza assolutamente da provare!
