The staff at Ai Terrazzini were very friendly and accommodating. They made reservations at restaurants for us where the food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was varied. The location was great for exploring the whole area of the Sassi. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Great location to explore Matera and a reasonable walk from their suggested car park locations. The room was very spacious and
Totally unaware of dietary restrictions and allergies. We mentioned my dairy allergy a few times before our stay and also when we arrived, and the reception staff reassured us there would be plenty of options at breakfast. However, the staff at breakfast were completely unaware and then proceeded to provide incorrect advice on the suitable breakfast items (despite clarifying in both Italian and English)...a very bad service unfortunately.
