Good location, stylish, very nice room and clean.

The a/c wasn’t good enough. Took nearly 2hrs to go from 29 degrees in the room to 27 degrees despite being on full cool.

Very central, well-managed, nice interior design and comfort, fluid check-in & check-out process, good value for money.

The location is on the edge of Sassi so easy to walk to the historic area. It’s on a main road but we didn’t hear any traffic. Staff were very quick to reply via WhatsApp and checkin was self-serve with a very clear video. Parking was arranged in a parking garage about 300-400m away. An Italian breakfast was included in our room rate which was more than enough (yoghurt, fruit, 2 croissants). The room was very spacious and the steam shower was terrific. The bed was very comfortable. There is an elevator!

Really minor things. It looks really slick but in some aspects not that practical eg you need a degree to work out the lights as there are so many switches! The round basins in the bathroom aren’t that practical and lighting over these sinks is minimal so not great for putting on makeup. Our room had a hot plate for cooking but no sink so you have to use the bathroom- odd. And the plates/cutlery are an odd combination (only flat plates, no bowls and only 1 tablespoon). Breakfast is actually at another hotel up the road - about a 7 minute walk which we didn’t realise (it finishes by 10.00am). Not a problem, just didn’t realise. And my pet peeve with hotels: we put our towels on racks not on the floor so we can reuse yet staff replaced them. On the 2nd floor there is a lounge area and some guests had a lovely loud conversation there at around 8.00am waking everyone up. 🤦‍♀️

Very closed to city center and all attractions, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Private parking 15€/day. Electric kettle. Assortment of different pillows. Breakfast around the corner in very recommendable "La Latteria".

In our DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM the architects ideas were a real challenge for the function of the room...little closet space, shower and bathroom in the room, but separate. Visible water damage in shower. Here too: few or impractical shelves, such as for towels...sauna descripted but not existing.
