Clean and excellent position

Nice and big rooms, everithing was very clean and comfortable. Balconies with amazing view! Very good location. Good breakfast. Maria Luisa was very kind and helpful, she send us all the information we need for our stay-parkings, restaurants, historical sights to see. You can leave your luggage there before check in and after check out. We recommend Slow living !!!

Fridge in side

The breakfast was rather disappointing and quite limited. The selection was very minimal, with mainly sweet items and industrial-style pastries, and there were no savoury options. For example, only one croissant was served for two people, which felt a little restrictive. Regarding the check-in, the Booking.com listing states that the information needed to access the property would be provided 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we had to call several times on the day of our arrival to obtain the access codes, even though we were already standing in front of the property and had arrived within the indicated check-in hours. The welcome also felt rather cold, which was a little unpleasant, especially as it was our first time staying at this property. On the other hand, we were reminded several times that check-out was at 10:00, which felt somewhat excessive given the difficulties we experienced with the check-in. Overall, we believe that a warmer welcome and better communication regarding the check-in process would significantly improve the experience.
