Corte San Leonardo is a gorgeous renovated dwelling perfectly located in the Sassi of Matera. The staff was cordial and welcoming. The breakfast was huge and delicious, definitely living up to Southern Italy’s reputation for hospitality and generosity in portion size and flavor. We had a lovely time. Recommend!

great location. a special facility. good breakfast service. clean.
electric power shortcuts resulted in no light in the bathroom and partial in the main room. poor maintenance. poor Wi-Fi that disconnects. missing warn blankets for the weather.
