A superb place to stay for 2 nights. Carla is an outstanding host who ensured everything was organised for our stay before we arrived.. including booking car park (essential) and taxi to resort. Rooms were very comfortable- serviced daily. The Italian breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented....and kept us going all day. We loved our stay in Matera and I highly recommend the Resort as it's right in the old town / sassi. Grazie

Beautiful room made within natural sassi.
Bathroom was completely open - no wall, no door. Extremely uncomfortable.
