We stayed in the exclusive superior suite, and it was amazing. A huge suite which was so beautiful. It was an amazing experience to stay in the cave. The room was very clean, and had such beautiful finishing touches. A great shower and the jacuzzi was lovely. It felt like (and smelt like) our own private spa.
The staff were very friendly and catered breakfast to my ceoliac needs, they also supported to book a restaurant ensuring that I could be catered for.
The bed was was huge and very comfy.

Awesome spacious room with nice shower and hot tub. Breakfast was served in the room with lots of choices.
The property is downtown so need to park car in a garage about 5mins away.

Very large size cave room. Good power of shower.
The place was very damp and smelled of mould. When mentioned to the host he just said that is what you get when booking a cave. Some dehumidifiers would have sorted the problem. The place smelled so bad.
Fittings in bathroom and jacuzzi are stained and dated. We didnt use the jacuzzi. There was water on the floor in two places.
