Location, room size, comfort and cleanliness.
Very minor areas like the chiller fridge was not really cold. The aircon was intermittently not cooling.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. They even had suggestions for tours. Accomodation was clean and there were provisions for making a morning coffee.
