Check-in and luggage porter was seamless. Luggage porter was booked again through the reception to take our bags back up to the piazza for our taxi to the bus terminal. Very well organized by reception. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was amazing and facilities very good.
If we could make a suggestion, perhaps breakfast was the only part slightly disappointing, including coffee. BUT, it was pleasant and our host for breakfast was very attentive.

Stunning .. lovely room. Huge terrace. Great location.
Having to pay extra €30 per person to use the spa area.

Room with terrace spacious and bright. Powerful shower which was lovely. Location good.
Bed very soft and mattress thin. Bed squeak when turning. Pillows soft with no support.
