Stunning beautiful modern spacious and immaculate room.
Great location, a 5 minute walk to the centre.
Very helpful kind and knowledgeable staff who recommended restaurants that were fantastic and gave us sightseeing information.
We were very happy to stay there.
Our room faced the street so we got sunlight but our friends had a room facing a different direction so they did not get as much light.
The front desk is only manned at certain hours of the day but you are able to contact staff via mobile.
Proper coffee cups in the room would have been nicer than thin paper cups.

Our room was nice, but āluxuryā is a stretch.
The staff member who met us at the property was friendly at first, but while we were out sight seeing, texted me some very angry texts accusing me of locking an exterior door (which I hadnāt) and it was very aggressive and insulting. He apologized later, but at that point heād made me feel pretty insulted. I think they have a poor system of meeting guests for check in.
