Ottima accoglienza da parte di Nina. Posizione centralissima, plus il parcheggio all'interno del condominio. Colazione gestita e organizzata dalla proprietaria con dolcetti comprati ogni giorno on top alla fornitura 'classica' (fette, marmellata...)
Non praticissimo il bagno esterno con la vasca utilizzabile come doccia, mentre lavandino molto piccolo. Pulizia sufficiente ma potenziabile.
