Very good location Friendly owner providing all the information required to enter the room. Replying in questions asked. Provided water for essentials and to drink if the water was cut off due to water pipe accident occurred in Matera. So is important to ensure to have the essentials in case of emergency.

Excellent location - about 10 min walk to old city Sassi. Very nice rooms. Very good communication with owner - he even offered late check-out.
