Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Location is awesome. Near train station (which is nearing completion of construction) and a 10 minute walk to the main square of the old town and the steps to the Sassi. The walk to old town takes you by many places to eat, bakeries, coffee places and the morning market.
The breakfast while pleasantly served is not worth 15 euro per person.

The host Antonello is very helpful and attentive. The location is convenient, easy to drive there without risk of touching the ZTL. Parking on the nearby street is easy (in Feb) and not expensive at all.

Antonello picked us up from the bus terminal, which was incredibly nice, because we had chosen his accommodation because of the proximity to the train station (which appeared to be not the place where the bus stopped). Great service!

The owners were lovely people and very helpful. The room was very nice, definitely a 4 star room! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean! Location is excellent, you can walk to restaurants and the old city very easily from the hotel. And the hotel did have parking which worked out well for us.
Well, not sure where to start...Breakfast is not included (knew this before arriving), there is no elevator and the hotel is on the second floor. There is no housekeeping until after 2 nights, really? When you walk in the 1st floor of the building is smells terrible, like cigarette smoke. It was very dirty with trash by the front door. And probably the worst thing..our room faced the street area as most of the rooms do...and there were young people out there smoking and talking & yelling until well after midnight both nights we were there. It was very noisy at night!
