Maison boutique Matteotti

It was clean and and comfortable. The staff were excellent and location was good, able to easily walk to town centre.

Nothing

The host was very communicative and even waited for us in the street, saving us a parking spot! He also helped us with our luggage and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to do in town. The place is very well located, with clean and comfortable rooms. A big plus was the room service for breakfast! Highly recommended : a must-stay!

Close to center city and Sassi

Construction going on close to building, it once completed it will be beautiful.

The owners were lovely people and very helpful. The room was very nice, definitely a 4 star room! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean! Location is excellent, you can walk to restaurants and the old city very easily from the hotel. And the hotel did have parking which worked out well for us.

Well, not sure where to start...Breakfast is not included (knew this before arriving), there is no elevator and the hotel is on the second floor. There is no housekeeping until after 2 nights, really? When you walk in the 1st floor of the building is smells terrible, like cigarette smoke. It was very dirty with trash by the front door. And probably the worst thing..our room faced the street area as most of the rooms do...and there were young people out there smoking and talking & yelling until well after midnight both nights we were there. It was very noisy at night!
