Well appointed rooms in a great location to visit Matera, just a few minutes walk away from the entrance to the Sassi area. Location is also very convenient for shops and restaurants.
We had a very comfortable room with a large bed. Staff was very friendly and provided details for things to do and restaurants to try during our trip.

Good size apartment with nice bathroom. Close to the old town with restaurants close. They arranged car park at a parking garage only 80 meters from the apartment, so easy to get luggage to room.

Wonderful quiet space right near the centre of Matera. Very comfortable and peaceful. Perfect for a couple looking to explore this beautiful place.
Firmer pillows would make it even more comfortable. Matera is busy. Private Parking should be advised.

The hotel claims to offer luxury rooms with authentic Italian breakfast. When we arrived there we were told that the breakfast was not included. And the claim of authentic breakfast is a coupon of €10 cashed in 2-3 bars in the village. The coupon offers a coffee and a croissant (if any). And it’s not about the breakfast but why they advertise it together. Also the accommodation is overvalued for what if offers. Also we had to ask for the slippers and bathrobes even though it was prescribed in their website as included in the rooms. The rooms are situated between a busy road and the open market which makes them very noisy from 5am as there are trucks passing by to unload food and vegetables.
