Location is superb especially if you come with a car because Nicoletti Parking is a 2 minute walk, and you don’t want to walk with your luggage around the Sassi. Even without a car the location is great near shops and restaurants. Room was large and very comfortable with a very comfortable bed, we slept like babies and it was super quiet.

Nothing. It’s all super clean, new built, functional and Barbara was extremely helpful and super nice.

The hotel claims to offer luxury rooms with authentic Italian breakfast. When we arrived there we were told that the breakfast was not included. And the claim of authentic breakfast is a coupon of €10 cashed in 2-3 bars in the village. The coupon offers a coffee and a croissant (if any). And it’s not about the breakfast but why they advertise it together. Also the accommodation is overvalued for what if offers. Also we had to ask for the slippers and bathrobes even though it was prescribed in their website as included in the rooms. The rooms are situated between a busy road and the open market which makes them very noisy from 5am as there are trucks passing by to unload food and vegetables.
