I had a great stay at this Maison Silvi. Communication with Dzina was effective and efficient with all details as per the website. Even though it’s located on a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet and I didn’t hear any traffic at all. Access to both the room and the Sassi was very easy, which made exploring the city simple and enjoyable. The small kitchenette was a real bonus — perfect for heating up food and making hot drinks whenever I needed. The complimentary Italian breakfast offered both mornings at the café just across the road was a bonus. A lovely touch that added to the overall convenience of the stay. Overall, a comfortable and well‑located place that made my time in Matera even better.
The bathroom light is on a sensor switch meaning the bright light came on when going to the bathroom in the night. My solution was just to remove the power card at night. No more bright light.

Great experience. The owner is very kind. We also got complementary breakfast in the near cafe - very good cappuccino and croissant! The location is great also because it is very close to all the tourist points. There is parking on the street that you can park for cheap.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice & modern design walls. Fully equipped common kitchen near reception. Dzina was very helpful and gave us very good advice where to go and do.
Everything was perfect but maybe in room number 2 can add a mirror outside the bathroom and add a coat hanger to the wall.
