We stayed at the accommodation for two nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is centrally located, very clean, and luxurious amenities. There was even a well-stocked fridge with drinks (including a bottle of Prosecco!) and cookies available for us free of charge. We even had wonderfully fluffy bathrobes. For breakfast, we received a voucher for an Italian breakfast at the café around the corner, which had a great Italian atmosphere. There's a parking garage right nearby. We were even lucky enough to find a free public parking spot.
The hosts are very warm people who go out of their way to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. They respond very quickly to questions and provide many useful tips.
We can recommend this accommodation without reservation and would definitely stay there again should the occasion arise.

La posizione è centralissima, a due passi dai sassi e dalle piazze principali di Matera. E' in una strada pedonale, ma molto vicino ad una strada percorribile in auto dove è stato facile trovare parcheggio a 0.5€/ora. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima alla ricezione, ed ha anticipato il check-in e ritardato il check-out. L'appartamento è molto confortevole e pulito, lo stabile è stato restaurato quest'estate. Wifi gratuito, televisori in soggiorno e camera da letto, ampia cabina armadio e stanza da bagno molto confortevole, con dotazione di accappatoi. Il minibar è molto ben fornito, e la colazione all'italiana (compresa) in un bar sulla piazza principale ottima. Ottimi i ristoranti raccomandati dalla proprietaria. In sintesi 110 e lode!
E' stato tutto di nostra soddisfazione.
