Les propriétaires sont d'un accueil très attentionné. Ils prennent soin de leurs hôtes. Le logement est très bien situé, très central dans Matera avec un ascenseur dans un immeuble très bien entretenu. C'est très calme car les fenêtres sont particulièrement isolantes ainsi que la porte d'entrée.Le logement est très confortable avec un petit balcon donnant sur la rue et un petit marché. C'est un 2 pièces très bien aménagé et tout neuf, orienté sud avec un grand dressing et un grand lit très confortable. Le parking est à 3 min à pieds avec des trottoirs lisses ce qui est idéal pour les valises à roulettes. C'était un magnifique séjour à Matera qui vaut vraiment le détour dans tout une vie.Grand merci à ces propriétaires!

Die Lage direkt am Rand der Altstadt war vortrefflich. Das italienische Frühstück gab es in einer Bar direkt am Haus. Sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll . Ein Ort des Relaxens.
Sehr komfortabel, großzügig und bequem. Allerdings ist es eine Suite und keine Ferienwohnung, also keine Küche etcpp., nur ein Wasserkocher und Teebeutel und Tassen.
