Wunderschönes modernes Apartment in einem neu renovierten Haus. Alles makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind ganz entzückende, herzliche Menschen. Sie haben uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Es hat uns ein voller Kühlschrank mit einer Flasche Prosecco und Softdrinks erwartet, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Terrasse hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf die Altstadt, die nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist. Parkplätze in diversen Garagen zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen.

La posizione centrale è ottima per visitare Matera. Gli interni sono nuovi e molto pregiati, si vede che c'è stata una recente ristrutturazione ben fatta, anche del palazzo. I gestori sono gentili e disponibili, anche se hanno bisogno di esperienza, di farsi un pò le ossa.

Nel complesso non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuto qualcosa, Se posso consigliare, migliorerei la colazione, nel senso che, non essendo un B&B, la dotazione della camera dovrebbe essere più sostanziosa senza la collaborazione del bar convenzionato, per altro ben posizionato sulla piazza. Viceversa, se la soluzione vuole essere questa, allora la colazione del bar dovrebbe essere più varia e con molta più scelta.

The location is perfect, 100m from the Sassi de Matera with shops and supermarkets less than 50m away. The room is exceptional, the fittings and furniture are brand new, decorated to the highest standard and the building is beautifully maintained. The hostess is extremely welcoming, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again!
