The hotel's location is very good for us going there by train from Bari. it's location is also conveniently located to reach the main part of the old town.
Nothing really but we prefer firmer mattresses. It would be nice to provide customer with a few more coat hanger or hooks for hanging clothes and stuff in the room.

Location was perfect. Short walk to all the scenic spots and beautiful restaurants. Staff recommended a great place for my birthday
Room was quiet and bed comfortable
I used bookings.com to search for accommodation for 2 people and booked based on the cost provided on the site but on arrival was told there is an extra charge for the second person.
This was misleading and disappointing

Great position, near the bus/train station of the city and few minutes walking from the main attractions. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of food. The hotel was clean.
The room was a little bit small for an hotel of this level. The air in the room was too dry and the walls seemed to be thin, as others' people ordinary noises could be easily heard.
