Cute room with good facilities and excellent location right at the edge of the Sassi. Very nice and helpful host and nice appliances and coffee in the room. Good bathroom with nice shower with enough warm water.
The room is a little bit dark and has poor lighting.

The room is at a quiet location but easily accessible to the city centre. It is well decorated. The host is a very nice person who received us with a big welcome. For breakfast, we could choose two things to eat and one drink at a nearby cafe. The food is very delicious. We could store our luggage at the apartment area and take them back at our own time.
The room is a little bit small, especially the washroom. Some hooks/hangers or some small shelves/cupboards should be provided in the washroom.

Amazing location, easy check in and super clean room. Breakfast is great with a good selection of savory and sweet options.
