The rooms are located in a fabulous position in the heart of Matera and relatively close to the recommended parking location. The only downside is that it can be slightly noisy at night (music and general crowd noise), but that is inevitable given its position.
Very little (apart from the music late at night). The breakfast in the local cafe, which is included in the price, was OK, but they didn't have a menu to look at and the choice was somewhat limited.
