Room was lovely, great views of the Sea. The Breakfast apart from the coffee was fantastic. Some 5 star hotels could learn a lot. Slept like a log!

Next to student accommodation, unfortunately they were having a birthday party which was quite noisy. However, I would stay again, location great, lovely breakfast.

Asked for a sea view...which I got...if you knelt on the bed near the window...I expected an "eye level" view tbh...the shower was poor...hardly any power in it at all...no shower mat...(dangerous) and I found it strange that both front doors are left open at night ! No key access for residents...very strange.

Pleasant seaside hotel with great views and handy location

Lovely location on the seafront at Aberystwyth. The town was very quiet and peaceful on a Tuesday night. Room was large and hotel nice for a seaside resort. Room had sea view which was nice to wake up to. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, bit strange the breakfast room being in the basement but kitchen downstairs so understandable.

Check in staff weren't able to print something off for me on their printer which would have been helpful, Unsure if it was stand in staff on reception, but they were helpful about parking and answering a few other questions I had. Lift is available but is a bit old school, I chose to use the stairs.

Sea view and great breakfast!

Great location on the seafront, and our room had a sea view! Lovely self-serve breakfast which is included in the price, and friendly staff on hand with tea and coffee. The location is at the end of the beach, but still walking distance from most of the town's attractions.

The hotel is showing its age a bit, and the lack of dedicated parking means you have to check out the local options and restrictions in advance.

Maintenance of the room was poor - paint peeling off the walls and the bathroom looked ‘unloved’.

Kettle ...lol

Position in town

Plenty of teas ,coffee etc but no kettle to boil water lol .Even after pointing it out to reception nobody bothered to get us one...Also hotel .com says there is parking ,which knowing it was going to busy in Aberystwyth we needed ,but there is no parking for the hotel ,you have to take you're chances out on the road which was really hard to find a space

Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was good, and the room that I booked was quite spacious for three people. Because the hotel is located toward the end of the block, we often find space to park our car when we arrive at the hotel.

The lift is small for 2 people, and we took the stairs to get to the second floor. We only used the lift to carry our luggage.

Aberystwyth, one of the jewels of the Welsh coastline.

The locstion is stunning with views over Cardigan Bay, wonderful sunsets and short walk to town centre. Staff are very helpful, friendly and our room was available early - so a great staff. Excellent breakfasts, quality and quantity.

Everything was as expected, - no suggestions for improvements.

Shower door didn't close, lift was turned off at 9am so I had to walk up three flights of stairs to get back to my room, room was quite dated

Lovely location with great kitchen staff but a little unsafe turning off the lift

The view was outstanding looking out on the sea and the quick access to the beach. The breakfast and the kitchen staff were exceptional.

The property had a small lift and it was switched off the night before I left and I have accessibility problems so I was lucky that a member of kitchen staff managed to turn it back on so I could get my luggage out as there was nobody in reception to help.

Although everywhere was clean & breakfast was good, we did not think it was worth the money paid.

The room was clean & breakfast was very good.

No hand towels in room, only one coffee mug. Room was on 4th floor in the attic, As the ceiling was sloping it was very difficult to stand up with our banging your head. The one person lift (only to 3rd floor) hardly ever worked & stopped between floors. This meant walking up 100 stairs from the restaurant in the basement to our room 5 floors up.
