The nicest room we have had in Aberystwyth and much better value than the hotels.

Feel conned after being charged twice for parking across the road but that's not the guesthouse's fault. Bodalwyn was perfect.

Quality accommodation just a stone’s throw from the promenade
Spotless & well appointed accommodation. I had a lovely room with lots of light.. V comfortable, large bed, en-suite shower room/wc, two comfortable armchairs & occasional table ideal for sitting & reading etc. location great - literally 1 min walk to sea front. Self-access was v straightforward but owner easy to contact if any issues. I visit Aberystwyth a couple of times a year & have stayed at a number of different b&b’s/hotels now. I had somehow missed this before but it is without doubt my favourite now - will definitely return.
Nothing. Breakfast is not provided at Bodalwyn, but there are plenty of good options nearby. My personal favourites are Medina on Queens Road, and Y Gornel off Princess Street (a little gem). Both do great coffee & excellent food.
