Beautiful views of the bay and pier.
It was a bit far from the centre for us, but that is not the fault of the property, we just didn't see how far it was on the map.

The staff were very friendly and the location was very good
The shower ran cold most of the time, the kettle had to go on the floor to be used and the curtain were worn out and difficult to open and close

Location was perfect, staff were ok they let us leave our bags which was helpful. The thing that let this place down.is that it is unloved and uncared for. Peeling paint, frayed curtains that do not draw, beds that you feel the springs through, etc.
