It was clean, quiet & comfortable with fantastic sea views. The floorboards didn't squeak...which is amazing for an old building! We didn't have to worry or stress about anything. Everything was straightforward.
The loo seat kept trying to close even when you were sitting there! Partner thinks curtains could be darker(let in less light) than they did... but I was fine with it.

right on seafront cheery clean rooms and dining room. comfortable bed
windows did not open- so stuffy at night. also windows were dirty so the wonderful view was obscured. no fan in bath so windows in room fogged up as well. Tv and wifi absolute rubbish. vegan breakfast nice but sausages were practically inedible
